I called Dr Icarro’s office to see if he was taking new patients and I was told that I had to come in the office so they could see me and fill out a form and the doctors would decide if they would accept me as a patient. I told the receptionist that I have never heard that and she replied “all doctors here in Warner Robins conduct business that way”. I hung up and immediately called another doctor’s office and was told they are accepting new patients and was given an appointment. Not sure if this is racist or an ignorant way to do business but needless to say I’d rather go elsewhere than to be seen by a doctor who screens his patients by the way they look. Just so you know I work for the government and I have health insurance.

Would not recommend to anyone. Good doctor, but if you need a script refilled, you will pull your hair out trying to get him to sign it. Can call a week ahead, but don expect to hear back. Will wait till the last day to sign script and then you have to wait in his office to get it signed. Am a regular patient of his, and this has happened everytime I needed a script refilled.

Dr Icarro cares, he listens to every thing you ask or info you offer. He gives everyone that same respect. He is not a Dr looking at his watch rushing to the next patient. He treats everyone as his guest. He saved my mom when other Drs shrugged off info she was sharing. Thank goodness we found Dr Icarro!

Dr. Icarro is trustworthy, spends all the time you need to explain conditions, and answering all of your questions truthfully. He will get to the bottom of any problems or concerns that you may have. He is the best!! I wish I had met him 20 years ago to save me a lot of hospital visits. Thank you Dr. Icarro so very much for all that you do!

Office staff says they will help you, but you have to call numerous times just to get prescription refilled. Not helpful at all. Love Dr. Icarro, but office staff is inept.

Can't get prescriptions refilled on time. Have to continusly call back.

Great doctor, but good luck getting prescriptions refilled. Leave a request on call back; says it takes 48 hours. You will be lucky to hear back in a week, if ever. Have called numerous times and still no prescription refill. Have to go to office to have them do anything.
