Not coming back! Nurse practitioner needs her CPAP checked to ensure she’s getting enough sleep and stop being condescending to patients.

Thanks to Dr. Morales and staff, I am still here. I have stage 4 copd and couldn't have made it this far without him. When I am in the hospital with respiratory failure, I am so happy to see him. If there is a chance I can make it, I know he will do his best to help me.

Dr. Morales is an excellent doctor who spends adequate time in assessing a patient and explaining any issues one may have. Staff is good and minimal wait time.

I tried for over a week to try to schedule an appointment with the doctor because I thought I was coming down with bronchitis . I ended up in Immediate Care with chronic bronchitis. Tried again to get a follow up appointment as suggested by the Immediate Care doctor, but again another 3 days and no return call. I decided to call another doctor’s office as a new patient and was able to get an appointment within 2 days. Dr. Morales is a good doctor but his office staff NEVER RETURNS CALLS. I even left a message for the office manager and nothing. You will never get past the answering machine to talk to a live person either.

Great setup for breathing issues with diagnostic and treatment equipment. Staff is very responsive and professional.

Extremely knowledgeable doctor., understanding, helpful. He makes his patients feel like he truly wants to help or cure your condition. Not many doctors today seem to care and listen attentively when you speak to them. This one does. Look no further.

Dr. Morales and his staff are Great !!!! Always helpful and never have to wait but a few minutes.....Doctor and his PA are both GREAT!!! We are very pleased and highly recommend their service !!!
