Office shouldn't be so busy no one can call you back or answer a phone in two weeks.
Excellent Doctor!
Dr. Morales and his staff are Great !!!!Always helpful and never have to wait but a few minutes.....Doctor and his PA are both GREAT!!!We are very pleased and highly recommend theirservice !!!
Extremely knowledgeable doctor., understanding, helpful. He makes his patients feel like he truly wants to help or cure your condition. Not many doctors today seem to care and listen attentively when you speak to them. This one does. Look no further.
I loved the staff and Dr. Morales they are very thorough in giving the best care.
Staff is outstanding and wait time is minimal!!
Dr. Morales is a fantastic physician who takes fabulous care of his patients. His waiting times are minimal and the staff are wonderful. The two reviewers that are complaining about wait times were not seeing Dr. Morales, they were seeing the company who performs examinations for people who apply for financial help when they can't work due to illness. Dr. Morales is kind enough to allow these examiners to use his office on Saturday so these applicants don't have to travel far out of town. Based on these two uninformed reviews however, it is likely that Dr. Morales will stop being so kind and applicants to these programs will have to travel out of town, with all the associated inconvenience. That is very sad and so unfair to them. Regarding wait times for these exams, sometimes waits can be long, not every time but sometimes. This is because some applicants have very complicated histories and multiple diseases. It takes the doctor longer to do a proper exam and prepare a complete report that explains the complexity of their illnesses. To rush this process and do a poor job is unfair to these patients. By and large, the other patients understand because they know that when it is their turn, that the doctor will do a complete job with their case as well. When the clinic does start to get behind, all of the patients are kept informed. They are offered the option to leave their cell number so they can leave and then return when it's their turn. In response to the complaint that insufficient chairs are available, this is occasionally true but this is because some applicants bring multiple family members with them, rather than a single support person. We offer to call the family when their family member is ready to be picked up but many decline, insisting on waiting in the clinic. Now that the negative reviewers are aware that they were not attending Dr. Morales clinic, I hope they will do the right thing and remove their negative reviews of a great doctor and keep the clinic open in Warner Robins. Thank you.
Very thorough and took time to listen to me.
I brought my brother here on a Saturday 9/15/2018 with a 4:20 pm appt. ARrived at 4pm sharp. It was nearly 20 people here. I go in to check on him at 7:10pm and he still hadn't been seen. It's 7:55pm and he is still inside. Maybe the staff is great service but this is a total disrespect for people's time. If you can't see a patient within 30minutes to an hour what's the point of making appointments. Terrible time management and consideration of people's time.
I took someone to this doctor for a mandatory appointment on this Saturday. There were 17 people in the waiting room. There were not enough chairs for all of the people waiting. There are people actually sitting on the floor. It has been 40 minutes since the person's scheduled appointment time and it doesn't look like the person will be seen anytime soon. This kind of stuff drives me nuts because you know if you were 40 minutes late, they would charge you a missed appointment fee and tell you to come back.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
