Dr. R. Tayag is a wonderful Dr. I've been seeing him for approx 15 yrs. HOWEVER, I DO wish he would get a competent and capable office staff!!! They never follow thru, don't return calls, cant get directions straight & lack personality and can be just plain RUDE. Every time I have to deal with them my BP goes up and I feel like I've entered the TWILIGHT ZONE. SO frustrating! I am going to have to find a new Dr. Sad that he is awesome but his staff is driving away patients.

We tried to see Dr.Tayag. Filled out paper work and could never get an appointment with either Dr.. They would never give us a reason for not seeing my husband or myself. We both have good insurance. I have never seen Drs. that won’t give you a reason on why they won't see you.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rommer Tayag for 10 yrs now. I really like him for his bed side manners, I’ve Always been able to talk to him and I know that he’s a GREAT Doctor. I’ve also said these words to him as well. The staff is also great and friendly. I trust God First and try to do my part in staying healthy. Thank you all for what you do. 😍

Bad service. Didn't read my paper work thoroughly. Wasted my time, scheduling me for when there wasnt a doctor in the office to sign my paper work.

Dr. Tayag has been my doctor for more than 10 years. Very professional and a godly Christian man. Treat me like I'm a valuable customer. I trust him with my life in medicine! Thank you Doc!

Dr.Tayag has been our family doctor for many years and he has always been there for us. He LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE when my appendix raptured several years ago. He always listens to our concerns and responds with care and compassion. He cares deeply for his patient’s health and can be firm if need be in pursuit of sound medical options. He’s a good doctor doing a great job.

It is difficult to communicate with the office staff. Language is a huge barrier. They either do not understand what you asking for or give you the run around because they refuse to clarify when they don't understand. Dr. Rommer can be short and is often inconsiderate to one's feeling about body image.

This doctor does not return calls from after hours service, makes the service call you back and tell you to go to the ER or Medstop. I asked the practice manager to give me a scenario where he would call a patient back and she couldn't come up with one. Bottomline, I'll avoid this doctor.
