One of the worst doctors office there is. The office workers do not answer the phone. They hung up the phone and then sent me straight to voicemail. They do not communicate with the doctors and nurses. The worst part is that they mis-handle your health records. Stay away from this place.

Dr. T is great and the other NPs. Surprisingly it's the office staff. Especially Penny the manager that keeps failing this practice over and over. I know many people that Penny has been rude to. I bet that if she were gone, a lot of people would come back.

I was going to write a review, but I've wasted enough time with Dr. Taube's NP Hasbrought and the billing office of Cornerstone Medical. If you are not concerned about your billing, you should be. Please don't waste your time and energy. If you seek knowledgeable and professional NP please seek services elsewhere i will not be returning there and I registered a dispute and complaint about this practice and Cornerstone Medical ith my insurance carrier. Unfortunately, I was not aware of all of these negative reviews prior to meeting with NP Christine Hasbrouck. She appears to have some isdues.

Wait time is horrible. They always give excuses of why the wait time is 2-3 hours long. Being in the healthcare field, I know that wait time is extremely to long. Dr. Titus isn’t a horrible Doctor, but he needs to be more mindful of what says to his patients. His staff is very GHETTO and very unprofessional. His office manager isn’t any better. Good luck to this office.

While I have received relief from neck pain and found Dr. Titus affable and knowledgeable, I know longer feel comfortable going to his practice for any "medical" advice. If you haven't read his manifesto regarding safety in his office then please do so. To deny safe medical practices that are accepted by 96% of the medical field and to espouse one's own theories is myopic and worse, reckless. My family nor I, will not be seeking guidance or medical advice from Dr. Titus ever again.
