Just don’t. Arrogant doesn’t begin to describe this guy—neither he nor the woman PA or NP. Spent $150 to NOT get the steroid inhaler I specifically went for and ended up in the ER. Prescribed the wrong dosage meds for routine meds despite me writing them down in at least two different places AND bringing my bottles with me. Any telemedicine provider is better than this guy. How this practice stays open is a complete mystery.
Crystal Roberts is the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered. She was so busy passing judgment on me that she forgot to even examine me. I would never go back to that office as long as she is there. Very rude. I was a patient for years and that was my first time seeing her. She didn't listen nor did she care why I was there. Don't go here.
My previous review was deleted, but after I left my review I received a letter from Dr. Taube stating I am no longer welcomed at his practice because I was verbally abusive, and stated I went on a relentless pursuit on social media for leaving negative reviews. But it was okay for his office manager to yell at me and hang up in my face twice, and talk to me in a condescending manner. What person in their right mind would allow anyone to disrespect them without uttering a word? Especially after all the copays I've paid and how much money they've received from my insurance. There was no need for the letter because I've already told them many times that I would not return, why would I trust them after this incident? I need to add that I've tried many times to reach out to Christy Abel, and even Dr. Taube after this incident happened, and neither would reach out to me, I even went over and beyond to communicate with them by calling the corporate office and I even sent Christy Abel an IM, and she still never responded, which shows they condone this type of behavior at their practice. Patients are not valued at this practice, and I am not on a relentless pursuit, I just want to share my experience and warn others about the treatment they may receive if they were to ever call with questions regarding a bill. Most people already know the bad rep this place has, with or without the reviews. I was even warned, and I hate I didn't listen. My previous review was in regards to how rude Penny and Andy were to me when I called and asked about a bill I recieved. Penny loves to argue with anyone who questions her, because she knows her rude behavior is condoned. My question to anyone reading this review, is why would you want do go to a practice where poor professionalism from the office manager is upheld? Please think twice.
Bring a book, like War and Peace because thats how long you will be waiting. Everytime ive been there ive waited an hour and a half before seeing the Dr. The last time they left me in the room after they closed.
My husband was in severe pain when he made an appt. He was asked at the door if he had a COVID test done. He did, but it was for a procedure. He never had symptoms. It was negative. He was turned away because he didn't have the results with him. Why was he not asked when he made the appointment if he had the test done? The clinic threw everything out of proportion making him look like the bad guy.In talking to the office manager we were able to get him seen the next day. He was allowed inside this time. For me, everytime I call in a prescription I get the answering machine of the nurses. I leave a message with all the information. They always say it was never received. This place has really gone downhill 😕.Would not recommend. The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to in order to post this review.
RUN! RUN! RUN! And keep RUNNING! Unprofessional set of people. Dr.Taube takes 2 hours just to talk to you. Every time you call for your medicine to be filled, they put you through a voice mail and then you can't leave a message because it's full. Really. Very Rude. Don't know what they are doing. Don't even have real nurses. They change employees just like changing clothes. Can't keep anybody there.A lot of unprofessional things go on there. I suggest people start looking into their situation and pay attention to what is going on. They talk about these patients as if they are not human. So sad.
They are rude unprofessional some of staff puts word in your mouth and you did not say do to a black lady did not like me and did not want do her job call hospital about my mom heart attack
I love the care that everyone gives me from the time I walk in the door. The doctor and nurse practitioners always listen to every thing I need to say and always try to come up with a solution that I am comfortable with. Wait time can be a little long but you always have to wait for good service.
My mother in law and I both were patients here. Dr. Taube has repeatedly wrote prescriptions with the wrong name and then got rude with us for following the directions of the medicine he accidentally prescribed. He has lost prescriptions reports and labs. We sit in his office for HOURS for him to barely even listen to our medical concerns. On numerous occasions he has not sent over insulin prescriptions or has even lost prescriptions for diabetic shoes. I myself had an appointment and had insurance and was turned down because I could not pay a balance both mother my mother and law and I have had to go with out our medication because of this sorry excuse for a doctors office!!
I decided to post a review about Dr. Titus Taube and his practice. I came here to post and then became nauseous to my stomach as soon as I started reading some of the reviews. My intent was just to get on here and leave my review. I can HONESTLY say that both of my parents have been under the care of Dr. Taube and his staff for more than 15 years. Everyone associated with this practice is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They always have been. Both of my parents have always received nothing but great care and respect from them. My father passed away four years ago and he was in and out of the hospital quite a bit. Dr. Taube was by his side, literally, for every hospital stay ensuring he was receiving the best care and support possible. He was there every morning to make his rounds with his patients. After my Dad’s passing they continued to take care of my mother. Many times various people from the office would take the time to pull my mother to the side and talk her through her grief. It is still very hard for my mother today to be without my Dad for so many reasons. I NEVER have to worry about her being done wrong by billing... or insurance. Penny has ALWAYS been so very kind in handling any matters in that area. Erica has also been there to help out in MANY different occasions. Mrs. Taube has also stepped in and helped out whether it be just to listen... or help out with other issues. Then there is Andy... how ANYONE can say anything harsh about Andy is just UNBELIEVABLE. He as well has always gone above and beyond for my parents. There have been many other times that I have witnessed these people doing the same for others. On top of everything else they do to accommodate your needs... they also envoys their patients to a lovely Christmas party every year and I know a lot of money and time goes into giving it. How many doctor’s office would do that? Anyway. I usually don’t line social media AT ALL. I just HAD TO give my honest and true review of this place that we consider family. Thank you, Dr. Taube and staff for all you have done and continue to do for all your patients! Much love to you all and God bless you always!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
