He has GREAT bedside manner & makes you feel comfortable in the most uncomfortable of situations. He is a wonderful doctor whom I would recommend to anyone!

On first visit Dr. explained his plan of treatment. Seemed knowledgeable enough. I arrived for my second visit only to be told he was not there. Got to see the NP. On the third visit he seemed distracted and completely forgot what he had told me earlier. Said it could be caused from a lot of different things and he would have to do some test. Didn't offer to do any testing. Gave me the wrong Rx and sent me on my way. Rooms seemed dirty, liquid on floors, etc... He sure didn't ignore his plan for billing though.

I spent 3 years dealing with a chronic UTI, and Dr. S said he did not know what else to do for me after putting me on long term antibiotics. I had kidney stones, but he said there was no need to go after them, and they would pass on their own. They didn't, and after 3 years, they went septic. I spent several days in the hospital and had emergency surgery. They were causing my constant UTI's. Also Dr S violated HIPAA by ID-ing another patient to me.

Dr. S. is nice & friendly, but does not inspire confidence. After 1 attempt at treating my chronic uti, he said he didn't know what else to try & told me to try an herbal supplement. His office twice called in prescriptions to the wrong mail order provider even after I changed it in their records. The nurse never returned my call, & when I finally got thru to her, 3 days later, she hung up on me. I wish there was another urology group in SETX that is on my insurance, but there isn't.

The clerk is rude, says anything in front of clients, and shows no sense of professionalism. You don't get a hello or thank you, just sad to say someone is coming there to see if they may have a cancer related issue. I hope the Dr is better. The clerks name is Amanda.
