My elderly mother had to travel 50 miles for her appt. When she got there, staff said Jones couldn't see her that day, and nobody informed her of that beforehand. Jones just kind of laughed it off when my mother mentioned it.

While Dr Jones is a wonderful doctor once you are able to see her, the problem is that my Mother-in-law has waited between 2-4 hours on every appointment. Additionally, the staff was very uncommunicative regarding the situation

Dr. Jones was very compassionate, trustworthy,and honest throughout my father's 29 1/2 years as a heart patient. Ultimately her care helped keep my father alive many years past the life expectancy of a multiple bypass patient, and I was impressed so much with her the few times I saw her with my father, that I talked my husband into seeing her when he was unhappy with his prior cardiologist. She seems to be taking his concerns a lot more seriously than his prior cardiologist. So far, so good!

I was most concerned with having a cardiologist who understands the unique needs of women with heart disease. She is extremely knowledgeable, her calm demeanor is reassuring, and Dr Jones has helped me manage my condition with confidence and little impact on work, play, and family life.

I have been going to Dr. Jones regularly for over 15 years. She is very caring and efficient. Her staff is excellent also. I have never had a bad experience in all these years.

Why have people make appointments if it takes 3+ hours before you ever see the doctor. This has happened on several occasions when taking my grandmother to her appointments with MD Zoe Jones. Ridiculous!!!

Dr Jones doesnt rush out of the room but the wait to be seen is terrible, you will wait about 3 hours at each visit, at least I always have.

Dr. Jones is very caring and proficient. I see her twice a year. Also, office staff is good about following up.

If you want a mediocre physician who also doesn't care if you have to drive an hour to get to an appt., then find out they made a mistake and she's not even in, then she's your doc. We didn't even get an apology, just a light-hearted blow-off.
