Went to get checked and didn't even get checked thoroughly like you're supposed to. There was a student and Mary didn't even ask if I wanted that student in the room. I know I'm allowed to either have a student in the room with me. Either way...she did not make me feel as if I was taken care of at ALL!!

After having three mammograms, 1 regular and two diagnostic and two ultrasounds, numerous clinical exams and having it blown off by at least eight other doctors and a surgeon, in Albuquerque, New Mexico and here in Georgia.; Dr. Johnston was the first to actually take it seriously enough to send me to a very good surgeon in Athens for a biopsy. His staff got me in right away and a biopsy was taken. The texts came back showing breast cancer with lymph node involvement. Stage III. I have a very goodoncologist now and will start on Chemo Therapy, Monday, Sept. 14, 2015. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Johnston and his staff for getting the ball rolling on something I knew was wrong but no one else took seriously. I highly recommend Dr. Lester Johnson. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional.......not to mention that he probably saved my life!

He is a great doctor, but the front office is hard to deal with sometimes. If he was in his own practice he would do better than where he is at now
