List of Asif Qadri's Reviews
He seems to only be interested in performing procedures. He doesn't seem to review a file, spend much time with patients, or follow up. The office staff doesn't return calls. They don't do what they promise.
Absolutely abysmal office. Dr. Qadri seems nice enough, but what is the point of even having a doctor is they just order tests and then refuse to actually go over the results with you? How on earth could they find it acceptable to have test run, leave a voicemail neglecting to go over any details of the results and what it means, have the scheduling staff get annoyed that you’d have the audacity to call back and request to schedule a time for the doctor to go over the results, and then get scheduled for an office visit with a PA that hasn’t even been involved with your care instead of just having the provider actually do their job and take the time to provide even a basic level of patient care? Unacceptable. Horrible practice. Avoid if you actually want care. Go ahead and use them if you just want referrals and to be pushed towards surgery without even being told why or what options you have.
Dr Quadri recently performed an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy on me. His bedside manners are phenomenal! He and his staff (heads up to Blair and Joe) were amazing! Thank you Dr Quadri and staff for taking such good care of me! I very highly recommend Dr Quadri!!
In 2010 my son was in college and ended up in the hospital after being misdiagnosed by another gastro doctor. Dr. Qadri came in and quickly realized he had a severe case of UC. He is still under Dr. Qadri's care and doing very well with the UC in remission. I feel like he saved my son's life.
*UPDATE* They are so unorganized they literally called me 3 weeks later today (Feb 1st 1:58pm) to schedule an appointment.Acting as though nothing ever happened... *ORIGINAL REVIEW* Just left there absolutely livid. They called me on December 16th at 11:01am to shedule an appointment for January 12 at 4:15pm. They had no record of my appointment and when I showed the front desk the 6 minute call log, she had the nerve to tell me that wasn't their number just as the recording states "thank you for calling athens digestive" over speakerphone. The last digit was off by 1... exactly how hold lines work... I continued through the menu to the scheduling department and asked her to come to the front desk. So now I have two people telling me my appointment doesn't exist and that they will reschedule me for February. I've already waited a month thinking I was visiting a competent practice. I contacted my PCP and they confirmed that an appointment was made by qadris practice and submitted to them for records. Negative 6 out of 10 do not recommend.
I have been to several Doctors for my disease and none compare to DR Qadri and Holly. They are so easy to talk to and help with all of your concerns. I have never had a bad experience here in the 4 years that I became a patient.
I have been seen in just about every gastrointestinal practice in the Athens area since 1995. I always felt like a number and like cattle being herded to procedure. After Iread Dr Qadry’s reviews which were all great, I knew that would do my next procedure with him. Today I had the honor to meet this awesome doctor PRIOR (that’s a first) to procedure! Instantly I loved him! My procedure went excellent and we have a treatment plan. Also a few more tests to come. I can’t say enough good things about this doctor, his staff and the facility! If you’re tired of being hurried through procedures by uncaring staff, then I highly recommend a visit to Dr Qadri!
I have seen Holli Paulk for liver disease since 2017. She is phenomenal. I really appreciate her candor and thorough exam. I have had telehealth appointments since covid-19. I really like the way she listens and doesn't judge. I am thrilled to be her patient as I have had numerous issues that have taken me by surprise. She has done a panel of bloodwork that is out of her scope. She really does care about her patients. I totally recommend her to others. 5 stars and 100% authentic.
Saw them with my daughter before a1 experience great people!!!
The staff is nice enough. I went to them in February and because of my insurance, we're having to jump through hoops to get some tests done. It's almost June and I haven't been treated for anything yet, and though a lot of the blame lies with my insurance company, some of it has to do with how likely someone will answer your question on any given day. The staff will work with you when your insurance throws up unexpected obstacles and I really appreciate that. But sometimes getting someone to answer a question about your own bloodwork, scheduling, billing or even procedure prep is like pulling teeth sometimes. The phone will ring for a while, someone will tell you that they'll leave a message on your behalf, and no one will follow up with you. I've only seen the physician/nurse I got placed with once in 3 months... my anxiety about the issue is getting the best of me in part because no one ever seems to be available. I understand that they are a busy office. They are polite and understanding. But eventually it would be nice to know something. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I feel like this is an important trait people should consider.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
