Had a medical emergency called 26 hours to cancel my appointment, and still charged an unreasonable $300. cancellation fee! Mind you, that fee is not listed on the agreement formed signed! Two other concerns the office called to cancel two times prior! When I called to request consideration of the fee to be waived, I was approached with hostility and disregard and disrespect by Penny Malone (I recorded the conversation if anyone wants to hear it!)

Everything about this practice is excellent. Dr. Malone and his staff are among the best medical practitioners I've ever dealt with. I had previously had a great saphenous veing procedure performed by another practice in Athens, and the outcome wasn't great. When I learned about Dr. Malone from a coworker, I consulted with him to address my vein problems in my right leg. His procedure was much more effective than what had been done by the other doctor I dealt with previously. Dr. Malone and his staff are personable, highly skilled and very respectful of their clients' needs.

Before I started coming to Dr. Malone’s office I was having a lot of inflammation and pain in my legs. After the procedure he recommended I can truly feel the difference. My legs feel so much better. Not only is he a great doctor, but his staff are so kind.

I can't say enough good things about this practice. The entire staff is super professional, kind and welcoming. Kelly was amazing, very attentive to detail and making sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing, from the staff to the Doctor! I had a procedure done and I was amazed how much better my leg felt after. Instant relief, I noticed that night after the procedure that the pressure and the pain in my leg while standing was gone! I never really realized how bad my leg hurt until after my procedure. I’m glad I did it!
