Thank you EMMA at the front desk, TRACY that got us settled into the exam room, REBECCA who was pregnant and did the x-Ray, Dr Ed and Mr. JUSTIN who helped him log it all. Everyone here were great. The doctor was very funny and personable, GREAT with children. Thank you everyone!

This practice site for Children's provided quick and efficient service for my daughter's injury, but they charged twice as much as another Children's located in Hamilton Mill for the same injury less than a month before. Other notes of the practice include: 1. Quickly able to schedule an appointment was very quick 2. Time waiting to see the provider was quick 3. Time the provider spent in the room was less than five minutes 4. Medical assistants/x-ray technicians were very nice and efficient 5. Diagnosis and billing coding was up charged, including charging more than 4x more than a splint purchased the previous month for the other wrist 6. Follow up visit lasted a minute, and the provider charged for a 45 minute visit Overall, the facility was quick and efficient, but if you are not on a simple co-pay insurance program, I would recommend to validate the pricing before visiting the practice.

Unfortunately we have been here more than expected but each visit has been awesome. PA. Catalina is so sweet! Clean office and friendly staff members. Highly recommended.

Horrible operations and customer service. We see this doctor is Watkinsville, GA. MRI was scheduled over an hour away at Egleston's CHOA. Appointment for MRI was finally scheduled one month out. MRI done on 6/7/19. Was told at Egleston's that results we would receive a call on 6/10/19 with results of MRI . Called the office to obtain the results when I didn't receive a call. Doctor not available and nurses only in office once a week. Meanwhile, my child has missed out on an opportunity to play on an All Star Team. No one at office cared or were concerned. Just kept being told will get a call back. Super frustrated and disappointed with this provider. Would give a 0 star rating if possible.

Wonderful visit! Dr Merrit knows her stuff and explains your child's needs so well. I loved how she talked to my daughter and not at her. She listened to our concerns and gave us awesome suggestions. She was not rushed and spent time with us discussing our treatment needs. Very very impressive and wouldn't trust my daughters care with anyone else!
