They have a “First come first served” system for COVID testing, except they use a phone system to queue patients, but the phone system is continually unanswered and dropping calls, so it is luck of the draw if you’ll ever actually get in the queue. Much less be served in the order in which you arrived...As a plus, once I got through on the phone, the person I spoke with was extremely kind and helpful.

Rude staff!!! Call gets disconnected mid intake and kept calling back and no answer Went inside to be told I have to keep calling!!!! I kept calling 6 times for the phone to time out!!!!!

For once, may be trying to figure out what the patients source of illness is instead of automatically reaching for an antibiotic prescription. You guys are abusing it big time and it has become very EVIDENT on our last visits. Pretty disappointing I must say. Carolina Valero can tell you ALL ABOUT IT.
