The lack of professionalism from your office staff was disappointing. We were really looking forward to working with a specific doctor at your practice, who was recommended to our family. If you're not accepting new patients, please take the time to update your website. I hope you're able to find someone with manners to help in your office.

Absolutely love Dr. Chu but to be frank the front office staff is what ultimately caused my decision to leave. Their attitudes and the lack of compassion is truly a turn off. The first faces you see when entering a medical facility should be the most comforting unfortunately for this office it is not so.

I was with this dr here keith z , for 6+ yrs got no where with my health condition , I have insomnia , all my life and was on med but med was changed , I still was not sleeping so I called the nurse she started he said go take some benedryl!!, I m in cancer treatment meant, as well and have lymphoedema in right arm , from lymph nodes removal, and suffer with anxiety & depression, I told him what he giving me does not work he told me in my in visit , well you wanna b sain or in pain double up on what was given , I requested a oder to go get tested for covid-19, in which lab said I need order, from my Dr still no order from him

Love the location and staff! I can always get my child in for a sick visit with no problem! For this particular sick visit, I actually made the appointment online at 2:30am and the process was a breeze! And when I got to the office and signed in, we only had to wait one minute before being called!

They have good doctors and nurses, but you can never get through to anyone on the phones. I shouldn't have to call for 20 mins and still not get anyone. Also their schedules fill up in the first 5 minutes of the appointment slots being opened in the mornings and afternoons. It's crazy. After not being able to get my kids in for a sick visit 3 times in a row I changed doctors.

Love Dr. Morrison, Albert and Chu. Very experienced team. Thorough and not too quick to medicate unless necessary.

I love it here. I know my kids are getting the best care. We primarily see Dr. Chu (2 daughters) and Dr. Morrison (son) but when it's last minute we will see who ever is available. The nurses are awesome and also Love the ladies up front as well.

Staff is wonderful, have been seeing them for years. Dr. Chu is great with my kids, she follows up personally with problems. She has helped my child with ADHD, that is so hard to find. Thank you Oconee Pediatrics!!
