Treatment was satisfactory but nurse and NP took much longer between treatment activities than seemed warranted by apparent volume of patients. Nearly five hours to suture cut finger was excessive in my view. The manner of both nurse and NP was very pleasant.

staff was helpful. the wait time was 30 minutes. Dr McAlister confirmed that I had COVID and prescribed Paxlovid. He is very friendly and knowledgeable asking good questions about my symptoms.

At 7am on a Monday I was able to schedule a same day appointment for 8:30am. Staff was great, listened to my issues and set to work on my treatment immediately. Dr. McAlister was great.
