I was hesitant to come here for my 5 month old, but the staff was AMAZING! They were so sweet and listened and got her seen and discharged in 15 min. Quick and easy appointment! I didn’t have an appointment scheduled and they got me in the next available slot. I will definitely come again if I need to!

I was incorrectly charged an extra $220 for a follow-up evaluation, which you promised I wouldn't be charged inside the follow up window. I've talked with your billing department three times, and I have gotten assurances each time that the fee will be waived as was promised initially. Four months later and I'm still getting new bills for a visit in May. Don't bother replying to this telling me to call you, since that clearly won't fix anything. I just want to warn others to expect fraudulent charges if they come here.

They didn’t ask about a Med. allergies I was so sick with a migraine and bladder infection I didn’t think about it until the pharmacy told my husband they couldn’t fill the order. CVS pharmacy called asked the Dr to find something else. They did a good job overall. The wait was two hours but much better than going to the ER. I haven’t been that sick with a migraine in a long time. I would recommend them the staff was nice and thanked me for being patient.

I needed immediate attention to a medical problem, and my experience at Piedmont Urgent Care in Watkinsville was excellent. From the online ability to reserve an appointment time and check in online, the greeting of the front desk personnel, the minimal wait time, the medical assistant who took my vitals and labs, the nurse practitioner who diagnosed, treated and referred me to a specialist, and the discharge paperwork that I received, and the genuine, "We hope you feel better soon", this was a very helpful and appreciated experience.

We were able to get in quickly with no wait time. The staff was super polite and we were able to get a diagnosis for my son, and medication in a timely manner! Would highly recommend using this facility again!
