The doctors in this group are amazing and I would love to give them five stars but omg the billing dept refuses to apply cash correctly. They constantly apply cash to appts not on your statement yet. Then charge you for same service date multiple times. This tactic makes it very difficult to use receipts for HSA or tax deductions since you cant use the cost of an appt more than once for tax returns or reimbursement. Calling them is no use if someone does call you back they will tell you to just pay it because you have a balance.

Terrible— these are supposed to be people that care for you. Rude condescending and general lack of overall care. They want your money — that’s it.GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Ive been going here over a year they just give you the run around and make insane money off of you and your insurance Im still in excruciating pain and they just dismiss it and tell me oh the next this or that will make it better. Dont waste your time and money find a real doctor.

I felt like I was getting a runaround instead of medical care to help resolve my back issue. First appointment got me a prescription for an inflammatory. My primary care doctor could have done that. I needed to go to a third party to get xrays done. Why a specialized spine place did not have that available was beyond belief. Next appointment was with a nurse practitioner who stated I could get a back brace and needed physical therapy which I had before with no benefit before getting any work done. They suggested a back brace which required another appointment for a fitting and the over $500 outofpocket All in all way too many visits with copays before getting any true work done and any chiropractic adjustments were not covered by insurance and pricy. I will seek alternate solutions at this point.

I have been seeing Dr Vincenty off and on for over 15 years. He is a great doctor and back when he was a much smaller practice his service and time spent with patients and care was exceptional. They are just too big to give the level of care their patients need. I have been waiting many months and have spent over $1000 waiting and and waiting through endless appointments authorizations and just wasted time for my procedure which was always the end result. Still waiting 3 weeks later for a call back which never happens to schedule it. It’s awful. While the PA’s are very nice and thorough the level of care is not consistent and has resulted in mistakes and miscommunication which has put my treatment even further behind Some of the clinical staff are great while others appear to just not want to be there. Be sure to make your concerns heard with the PA you never get to talk to the doctor because once they walk out you won’t get anyone to help you after you leave that room until you eventually return.

I made the decision to leave this practice after the experience I had at my last appt. with Dr. Bremer. I left my appt. that day in tears after being made to feel dismissed and unheard. I deal with enough stress from my chronic pain I dont want to deal with even more from the place that is supposed to providing me relief. I hope nobody else ends up feeling like I did.

My foot doc referred me to this facility for treatment of RSD. Thus being Im in acute pain 247. I already have a stimulator installed so this procedure Ive attempted to get scheduled since mid June is to replace the battery but NOT a one single person at this facility has yet to return the 50 voice mail messages left to date. The service and patient care here is horrible and these people should be ashamed to call themselves doctors

Dr. Claudio Vincenty advised me to put a medtronic pain pump in my body. I would not recommend this procedure. Not because it doesnt work but bc your completely dependent on another human being for life. After recovering from surgery two weeks I was having a hard time sleeping. The dosage was so weak that I wasnt able to sleep. When I asked if I could get ambien which Id been taking for 8 yrs. with no trouble he denied my request for this and then I used language that was not appropriate he discharged me. I had been furloughed from work do to the pandemic and my bill got quite high since you have to keep going back to the office for pump adjustments so Im sure it was a combination of those two things that made a discharge easy for them. Its not easy to find another Dr. who wants to take over the maintenance of your pump. My low resavoir alarm going off. Im about to go into withdrawls and panicanxiety have overcome my ability to think clearly today. Other than that I have had some pain relief after the dilauded amount was turned up the last time.

Front desk was AMAZING I have seen a big improvement in terms of front desk. The new staff is hard working and very friendly.
