Well to start we arrive for our appt and get inside to be told we don’t have an appt They pull a post it note from the side where it was written down but not put into the computer. Told us we would have to be worked in. Then tell us they can’t file an insurance claim being it was an automobile accident. Even though they were told it was an auto accident. BSBS
