Dr. Leon is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He truly cares for his patients. I was so impressed with him while in the hospital.

They always mix up the appointments. The receptionist is nice but... I always have to wait. One time I waited 2 hours then they sent me home and never saw me but still charged me. I have never seen Dr only PA she’s too busy. The nurse is curt at best.

75 minutes of waiting in the building. 65 minutes past my appointment time and in walks a PA Oh no Dr. Visitacion only sees patients here on Fridays. The front desk always tells you that its a PA when you make your appointment really? You need to tell the front desk that. I even did all the paperwork BEFORE arrival to avoid having to wait. Perhaps I should bill the doctor for my time. Very far from impressed.

I have been a patient of dr. Visitacion for three or four years and she has been fantastic. she keeps up with the latest and always spends as much time as is necessary to figure out my condition. she is a fantastic listener. She is an unassuming straightforward person who really cares about her patients. The only negative I can say is be ready to Stay Awhile cuz she usually runs behind but I could say that about any doctor Ive ever going to.

Dr. Visitacion is a very good doctor but overbooked causing up to 3 hour waits in the waiting room and in the exam room combined. Has a nurse that has made snarky remarks on slowness of my spouse who is disabled. Staff does not return phone calls consistently. Office has cancelled appointments quite often but then spouse and I when trying to make a new appointment had to make it a month later. Prescriptions ran out and no help given to call inmail prescriptions and ran out.
