Dr. McCusker is a wonderful doctor but her office staff and support staff are a nightmare and the sole reason I will no longer continue to bring my kids to see her. Unprofessional and incompetent to say the least.

I came to see them in hopes of finding relief and guidance with some stomach issues. I was dismissed and told to just lose weight and take ibuprofen for pain. I waited for a hour and a half to be told they couldnt help me at all. Waste of time. If you want a doctors office to take you seriously this isnt it.

Today I was seen by Dr Ahmed. He was amazing He was very thorough and considerate. I highly recommend Dr Ahmed He went over all of my medications and really took the time to explain things to me

Attempted to make an appointment for my elderly mother with has had horse voice and awful cough a few days waited the few days to get her COVID results back from cvs Her test was negative. Its possibly just a cold but with COPD we want to be sure. I was told they were booked up for sick visits a month out Are you serious? A month When asked if she could be put on a cancellation list the lady said no that a lot of people dont show but they wont know in time to call. Okay so I asked in that case if she could be a walk in I was also told no and an appointment was required. I was blown away. She suggested the ER not everyone can afford an ER or urgent care visit for something that isnt a direct emergency. This is her primary care provider so I was at a loss on what even to turn next. This place is a complete joke.

We have been with this practice since we moved here 7 years ago. My 3 children see Dr Mccluskr. All the Drs have all been AMAZING.. Dr Mccluskr speaks to my teens that make them feel comfortable and able to talk to her.She really cares. She really knows what she is doing and makes sure the girls. Are doing well physically and mentally.

Pharmacist Mohammed is extremely knowledgeable and punctual. Ive been going to Medlink since they opened and have always received excellent service. They currently offer the flu vaccine as well. Highly recommend

I’ve never had a problem. I was surprised to see a one star rating. The staff are polite and knowledgeable. Some times there’s a bit of a line for prescription pickup but that happens at all pharmacies it seems to me that demand not the quality of service causes this.
