I have been going to the University Cancer and Blood Treatment Center since February of this year. I have Stage 4 prostate cancer, and felt like I was in good hands since the doctors and center were recommended to me by the doctor who found the cancer. Unfortunately, I have only seen my actual oncologist three times even though I have been scheduled to meet with him/her more than that.The other times I have met with the doctor's Physican's Assistant. I do not mind meeting with the PA, but there were times when the PA could not answer questions that I had about my scans or treatments. The PA even told me that I "needed to see Dr. _____ at my next visit", apologized for not being able to answer my questions, and proceeded to help me schedule my next visit. I would not recommend this facility because there seems to always be a lack of communication between doctors, PA's, and the scheduling office, and I do not have the time (LITERALLY) to be dismissed and passed around feeling like my health issues, as well as my cancer care, is insignifcant.I feel like I have wasted the last months of my life trying to be positive about this facilities care, and those are months that I just don't have time to give.I
