God completely turned my life around during my time at S2L. This ministry is full of loving spiritfilled and caring people.

S2L is staffed with men whose passion is driven by God and not by a paycheck. These men are concerned with pointing the students to Jesus and helping to nurture them by speaking love and life into them and diving into God’s Word with them and helping them see understand and believe that God’s promises are true and they do not have to live in addiction nor be defined as an addict once the chains that bound them are broken. “Who The Son sets free he is free indeed”. I will forever be greatly for S2L and the part they played in helping my son find his freedom in Christ I am a grateful mom and S2L will always be family to me now. I will continue to recommend S2L to anyone I know that’s bound by addiction. I pray The Lord continues to use and bless this ministry in a way that only He can. ❤️

This place is a Christ Centered recovery lodge. Christ got ahold of my brother at this place and I will be forever grateful for S2L. He is now being used by God to share the hope he found with the men coming into the lodge.

S2L gave me the opportunity to truly be set free from the chains of addiction and find true fulfillment through living a life in obedience to Christ The presence of the Holy Spirit can not be denied in this ministry.

I spent 126 days there in that time Bruce Stanley lied to me got a divorce letter from my wife divorce papers sent certified mail on a Friday but didnt get them til Monday and they had been opened without me being presentprotection order put against me because I started a journal that was dark and full of rage and anger but it was for my eyes only or so I thought. It was a tool for me to use not to act on. But the staff thought different they found it and shared it with my wife reason for the protection order the words had no meaning it was ranting with an ink pen. Havent talked to my wife In over a year been bitter for over a year wondering what I did so bad to warrant a protection order need to make amends because of my bitternessprobably no chance of restoring my family court date for invasion of privacy because I did something my life coach and I thought would be good writing in a journal didnt know it was gonna get used against me.you took something that wasnt yours shared it with someone who didnt need to hear it and should have talked to me about it first. I told you garrett it was dark and full of rage and anger and you said it was ok to get it out dont keep it in. It was to help me not meant to act on and the words meant nothing except to show the anger I was feeling and help me see I was not the victim.Today bitterness is gone working a o I enjoy getting help from the VA and still have a sliver of hope of family restoration. Disappointed you took something private without asking getting to know me and thinking I was a person capable of hurting the ones I love the most. I dont see God in your actions at all. Before you commit to S2L check out stones river recovery erik jerry and mater got it going on great place to start a clean slate. Snakes in the grass they treat you like you are in preschool the only good class is the one adam comer teaches. Do yourself a favor right down the road is stones river recovery check it out before committing to s2L YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID. S2L labeled me as violent and unstable thats what they toldo my wife now xwife and kids I have been in like 2 fights whole life they told my kids they couldnt write to me bunch of bull shish the staff just lays around and play on their phones or at least thats what my life coach garrett did. Dont waste your money here.

Glory to our father for his grace and mercy on our lifes ..S2l is ministry that humans cannot live without ..I was trapped in bondage for most of my adult life drugs and idols..this place is how we learn to fill bondage with the sprit of our living God and that brothers his power his love his grace is the only way to be free

S2L is the best place to send your loved ones. They will break you of your negative habits and instill positive habits through Christ. Other places would have you believe that once an addict always an addict. Scripture says different “therefore if anyone is in Christ he is a new creation old things have passed away beholdall things have become new” 2 cor 517 While at S2L you will learn the Bible you will learn Jesus Christ and learn to love yourself and your family. You will learn how to deal with life. I can’t explain how or why other than God. He speaks through all those men and uses them to guide us to Christ. The reason it’s successful is because God can do what us humans can not. He can take your lying stealing manipulating selfish husband brother son or father and make him the best version of himself. I am living proof among the hundreds of other men that went to S2L that addiction is not permanent and can be defeated through Christ.

I’ve seen how true healing from this place has helped so many people. I just wish it could be replicated across our country to help more. I believe it’s Gods solution to this epidemic.
