The location is clean and the doctor is very nice. Her staff however are pretty rude. I just asked the one on the left side older gray hair if I could set up my next appointment. She sighed heavily like I was a huge inconvenience and said Fine.I dont expect much but at least dont make me feel bad for wanting to set up an appointment. Shes awful. My husband was shocked at how I was treated.

The ladies that provide my shots at the Woodstock clinic are very nice and I like the doctor. BUT one of the women at the checkout window is rude bossy and not friendly at all. If you don’t care how you’re spoken to then this is the clinic for you.

Excellent the staff is very friendly the nurse who scared my child is very Sweet her name is Ashly God Bless her always very passionate about what she does. Dr. Sandra R. very precise in the diagnosis.

Dr. Roberson was great. She was very kind and spent time with me explaining everything in detail. Also she was well versed about my rare allergy which made me feel a lot better. I would definitely recommend her to others out there with allergies.

Very nice office excellent staff and a wonderful doctor. I am always seen within 5 minutes of arriving the staff are extremely professional and the doctor always listens to your concerns with a solution at hand. Highly recommend the Woodstock office.

If you have a child do NOT go here. They kept our four year old waiting until an hour and a half after his appointment with zero kids friendly books or anything to occupy him in the waiting room. Then when we finally get back to the room and the PA Priya Verma in after another 40 minutes she pushes his allergy test back three days because of time. Seriously. Then she proceeds to argue with my wife and I about his medical history. She was rude had a terrible bedside manner with our son and then rushed us out after we spent three hours waiting on her. Not a great experience and got absolutely nothing accomplished.
