The doctor is amazing, and the staff is too, but the enrollment part is hard to get back in there though!!!!!!

My daughter came here for 3 years with the same therapist, she was amazing and helped so much, but then she quit. That was fine as she helped my daughter very much for a solid 3 years never missing an appointment.Then, for a year we dealt with two other therapists, one who stopped after two visit and another woman who constantly rescheduled or cancelled appointments. My daughter has never had any issues besides depression so it was annoying that she couldn’t have someone to simply talk to. When expressing these concerns with the doctor, the doctor just asked if my daughter even needed anymore help. I was basically pressured into pulling my daughter out of the HOPE program.

Dr I is amazing and the nurse and stuff

For 1, it took half a year to receive services. For 2, these people act like dfcs. The ONLY good thing I can say about this place is how great the nurse is. Everyone else is off task, doesn't give appropriate counseling or even address the issues at hand. They prod and prob to try to coerse your child to say what is the counselors own agenda. They overstep boundaries and lack respect for the parents. They will actually view the parents as the problem and will prod your child to say something bad about their parents. When the child has nothing bad to say they will continue to prod. They did NOTHING to address the concerns of hallucinating, behavior problems at school, compulsive lying. God forbid your child have a bruise. They WILL assume it is from the parent and they WILL call dfcs. Do yourself a favor and get a real agency to help.

It's hit or miss with this place you don't know if the person you are working with is going to do their job or just pass the responsibilities off unto the next person. Minnie provides CSI services and is really good at what she does, she is compassionate and knowledgeable. Some of the office staff are a joke. If you want the run around they are good for that.

SO far this place is HORRIBLE all you and your child does is receive the run around it seems. If anything they are doing more harm being open and not consistent . Rarely do calls get answered with any result
