So busy Thankfully I was only seeing the Nurse Practitioner which meant I got in before their 1.5 hour delay for patients seeing doctors. Reception could have been friendlier and more helpful.

The Woodstock office is beyond the worst provider I have ever dealt with as a patient. Cathy the NP is fabulous. However you can never reach the office by phone. They do not return your calls or provide you with test results. When I had an issue I was told by the nurse that they do not have time for me and to go to urgent care. I did and I needed medical attention. Today I spent all day trying to get my lab results that were taken last week. I finally got through at 400 pm by impersonating a doctor apparently they do not want to speak to their patients. They were not able to give me my lab results because they forgot to send them to the lab Even though Cathy is terrific you cannot get support communication or information from the staff. Very disappointing.

Very professional staff. They are extremely helpful and have solved my issue without any unnecessary medications or procedures. They know what they are doing and do their best to help their patients as quickly as possible.

I have been a patient Georgia Urology with Dr. Capelouto for over 20 years. He is an excellent urologist practitioner and surgeon.Jessica Feehan the Nurse Practitioner is outstanding. She listens and reacts accordingly providing great medical care.Highly recommend Dr. Capelouto and NP Jessica to anyone needing urology treatment and care.

I had made my initial appt with Dr. Capelouto and waited a couple of months to get in to see him. When I arrived at the office I was told that I would be seeing an NP. I was disappointed but needed attention. I followed the directions from the NP and my issue returned. I was symptomatic and in pain on my second visit and initial tests showed that i had no infection but was sending out for culture. I was advised that she would call in meds for me anyway just in case the culture was positive. 10 days later and no meds I was in horrible pain and they called to tell me I was in fact positive for infection. It took 3 days to get my meds called in correctly and they never followed up to tell me that they called in the meds I had rave reviews about Dr. Capelouto this is a very disappointing experience.

They were so good to me . I needed a wheelchair and they made it happen. Came to car and got me and took me back. Jessica Feehan took very good care in explaining everything to me.
