List of Keerthi Mulamalla's Reviews
She is my doctor and is good when you can actually get in but I am so sick today and they can't schedule me in. Every time I've needed immediate care they can't schedule me in. When you make that person your primary doctor sometimes you need someone that can can get you right in. A week from now I could be dead. I just wanted them to care enough to fit me in.
Dr. Mulamalla is the best GP I’ve ever seen, hands down. She is compassionate, well informed and really understands that patient care is collaborative.
Dr. mullamalla is a good doctor and does listen to her patients. However, the staff in her office and throughout the Wellstar system is another thing. They have incorrectly filed my bill and my multiple attempts to reach out and get it fixed were fruitless over the past year. I was passed around, left multiple messages with different people, and was never assisted to fix the problem. As a patient and as a consumer, this kind of response is unacceptable for patients and for that reason I will never come back to Wellstar. Their incompetence for billing correctly and assisting patients when there is a problem is horrible. They don’t care to make things right. I’m deeply disappointed in the care I have received from the billing and office staff at her office and lab billing.
I called dr Mulamallah to set up. A urine test for my almost 94 year old mother whom has a history of UTI’s.... I called at least 3 times and left messages.... they all fell on deaf ears ..... I then had y daughter, an attorney, call and the drs nurse was very defensive( like most guilty people are) and then we informed the WellStar team that I found another family practitioner. A week later the Dr M sent a misinformed certified letter saying she will not be my mothers doctor any longer..... haha duh as if Iwould send my mother back to WellStar Medical Center to be neglected again
Dr. Mulamalla is fantastic. She listens to your concern and discusses options and treatments. Very thorough. She is no frills so she doesn't engage the way many American doctors do with small talk. But she will take as much time as needed to discuss medical concerns or issues. I think she is great.
Dr. Mulamalla is a great Doctor. She is very engaged and good at what she does. I highly recommend her.
Dr mulamalla is the doctor I have been waiting for years. I am sorry it took so long. My previous doctor talked about herself more than she listened to her patients . Dr mulamalla listens to every word and does not rush me. I also listen to her, because I trust her knowledge. She is caring and kind.
I needed a new GP and she exceeded my expectations. She asked me questions, listened to what I had to say, and I never felt judged. Would definitely recommend.
This a wonderful Doctor. She listens, cares and has my trust. I would definitely recommend her.
Caring, reassuring, makes point of knowing and understanding your personal health concerns. We trust her assessments and recommendations. We are happy to have her for our Primary Care. She is treating me, my husband, our daughter and son in law.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
