I love this place. Been going for a little over 2 years and every time I have a medical need or issue they are fast to get me in, out, and a proper referral if that’s what I need. Staff is super friendly and the place is very nice and clean.

Absolutely not ONE star from me, however, I had to provide at least one star in order to post! I was inconvenienced once by being scheduled for an appointment to find out later it was never entered in the system. I was rescheduled again a month later just to be given a call a week prior to be told my appointment has to be scheduled 3 months later. I've been told nothing but good things about the practice, however, my experience makes me wonder.

Been going to Dr. Mitchell for 14 years. Boy did he have me fooled!! Not the caliber of practice I was led to believe!! Do not put your healthcare in the hands of this practice! Your health is not something to be played with or taken lightly!! Do your due diligence!! We are people and deserve the best of the Dr's ability to be taken care of. If that is not an option it is time to retire. I guess the hippocratic oath is forgotten over time.

Dr. Mitchell is just by far the best physician one could ask for. Have been seeing him for over 15+ years and I personally think he has saved my life more than once and my Mothers as well. He has spotted things through early detection that proved to be lifesaving because of him catching things early.He listens, never makes you feel rushed and will take the time to give you good quality care. Bottom line is .. HE CARES and that is priceless. I will put up with possibly having to wait a little here and there because he is the best!

Every time I call I must leave a message but walk in for an appointment and no one in the front is doing anything. I called for an appointment that required a referral and I was given an appointment date 1 month out, after speaking to office manager it was less than 1 week. Went to the office specifically for a post op physical and they gave me the results over the phone when I requested but never sent in the forms for surgery clearance. I requested an appointment with my PCP (documented Doctor) and it’s been 3 weeks I call weekly to get a date and NO One has contacted me. I was referred to this office, it came highly recommended over 3 years ago but the quality of care and customer service has significantly diminished over time. The front desk personnel seem to have very little regard or respect. After my request for an appointment I was put on hold, she came back and called my last name as if I were in the Military. I corrected her and said Mrs. Not Recommended At All!
