Piedmont Physicians Of Towne Lake's Online Review Report Card

My doctor called in a 30-day rather than my usual 90-day supply of medication last month, and I was told it would be no problem to get the rest this month. My pharmacy called it in and it was declined, but the LPN says my doc's out of town until Jan 7 and there's nothing she can do. MyChart and voicemail messages to her staff have gone unanswered for days, so I have no idea which doc is handling her patients in her absence. I run out of pills Friday, and left my first message 3 days ago: Still no call back! I've always felt like Piedmont Physicians didn't care about patients. The impersonal service, the extremely long wait times, the inability to get a human being on the phone... Thank god we can go back to Kaiser in the New Year!!

It seems like no one in the office cares and they only want their money. Staff was rude and weird and I had to wait a long time for the doctor. Also it seems like they have their staff write 5 stars on here seeing how “Brae” was one of the nurses who took me to my room.

Show up to my appointment to find out they changed me to virtual. I was told they notified me, check my phone and they called me when I was driving to that appointment to inform me I couldn’t be seen in the office, and I could call in virtually from the car. My husband and 3 young kids are waiting for me in the car, I don’t think that will work. Unacceptable. Terrible way to treat a patient, without even talking to me about my issues.

I called this passed Monday and I was asked if I was vaccinated and I told them no and they said I couldn't see anyone but I could do a video chat 2 days out. I didn't get a chance to go and see someone else I've been home sick and dizzy all this time. I know it's not covid. I've had that and my senses are fine. I won't be back. I'll go back to the Dr I had before.

I am a patient at Piedmont Physicians Woodstock and very pleased with my doctor and the staff. You couldn’t ask for more friendly staff, and Dr. Kadiyala is the BEST! If you are looking for the best starting at the top, look no further. Dr. Kadiyala does everything the way it should be done. She takes time with you and sincerely cares for her patients! She has a compassionate heart! I want to say THANK YOU to everyone at Piedmont Physicians Woodstock. I am happy that I made the switch.

Had a first time appointment. Was told to arrive 30 minutes early, so I did. The waiting room has over a dozen patients waiting to be seen, all of which got there after I did, and got seen by a doctor before me.20 minutes after my scheduled appointment I finally went to the front desk and asked what was going on. They stated the doctor was running behind and wouldn't be available until 11:00. I had to reschedule because I work.Please be considerate of people's time and notify them before the appointment if their visit will be delayed. Never going back.

I’ve been an established patient for 2 years. Just 2 weeks ago I called them because I had symptoms of a sinus infection, pressure in my sinuses, headaches, cough, fevers and chills etc. The first question I was asked was if I was fully vaccinated. I’m not, it’s my right to choose to not be vaccinated. She told me that I could not come into the office with those symptoms if I was not fully vaccinated. They are segregating who they treat at this office based on if you have a vaccine or not. Please listen to what that is means, if you don’t have the right kind of medical history they won’t treat you. I urge you not to use this practice. It’s only the beginning. I called an urgent care and my ENT, was seen by both and am now fully better. I did not have covid and I was treated like a disease. I will never go back and I have been telling people to use caution because I want you all to receive the medical care that they need. Unfortunately if you are unvaxed you won’t get it here.

Very rude staff the delay my appointment for 2 hours with out excuse or explanation just acting weird

I’ve been going to this practice for years! I’m always felt heard, like they really care about what is going on, and will to work through to find a solution versus just throwing a bunch of pills or only fixing a symptom. Both Dr Eltarawy and Dr Hudson are top notch, but I’d feel the same about anyone in the practice.
