During a time of Christmas shopping panic, holiday lines, and new patients anxious to know if they have Covid...the front desk at Piedmont Urgent Care was calm, collected, and empathetic! Liberty & Amber were so kind and sweet, at a time where I was desperate to schedule a Covid test. I am grateful to them for their professionalism and their ability to handle chaotic situations.Piedmont Urgent Care, I will be back soon!

We had to take a Covid test to fly out of the country in 48 hrs and this was the only location that could take us after 1 other location closed today, and other locations were full. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Front desk ladies Amber and Liberty were so sweet, they even offered us water while we waited in waiting room. Latoya made for the test quick and painless and Dr Edwige was great. Great experience and highly recommend!

This was the most pleasant and warm urgent care experience I’ve had. Liberty, Jasmine, and Liz at the front desk were incredibly kind and accommodating from the moment I walked in. I had driven all over town looking for a COVID test after the holidays with my family, and they took me right back— squeezing me into the schedule.Amber administered my rapid and PCR tests, putting me at ease with her sweetness and care. The nurse practitioner who saw me was attentive and thorough. I’ll certainly be back in the future! Thanks Piedmont team! ❤️

The best Urgent care around. LaTonya was wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind. The man who treated me, sorry that I don’t remember his name, but he was kind, accurate in diagnosis, and prescribed treatment that helped me to get back on track. I cannot express enough gratitude for the wonderful people at this Urgent care facility. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I came in here for a COVID test and before they were walk in and now there taking appt me and my parents didn’t have an appointment and they said that we needed one but our cruise was leaving tomorrow so we really needed it . So they said it was going to be a longer wait time which it was and while we waited they handed out small snacks and water but they still would take us they saved the trip super nice young ladies. They totally were super gentle and patient with us .
