I wanted to make this our new urgent care since it is so close to home. Come to find out from my insurance, the facility is in network but no necessarily the doctors. Since they require a card on file, we are out $500. We will never come back.

I just cannot say enough. I came to Piedmont on the Christmas Day. And how much I appreciate them. Everyone was very happy and pleasant even when they are working on the Christmas Day. Robert, PA and Daniele, Front Desk and Olivia, nurse were all very nice and helpful.Thank you so much and happy new year to all of you.

I want to say thank you so much for Woodstock Piedmont urgent care by wellstreet staff enjoy your holidays Merry Christmas and Happy New Year . Everyone in the clinic did a fabulous job starting from the front office Megan , Amira ,Marie , and back office Patricia NP , Jimmy NP , Crystal NP , Tanika, crystal , and Briana with our family while we are all sick .

I had a great experience at this urgent care center. Went on a Sunday afternoon the weekend before Christmas. The center was super clean, it was not crowded as they were only taking appointments only and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The nurse was very nurturing and kind as she made sure my blood pressure was correct even taking it by hand since one of the machines wasn’t working properly. She was considerate to my needs as she learned of my “white coat syndrome”. Dr. Jimmy was very intelligent, had good bed side manor and was very mindful of making my wait for test results as smooth as possible, even popping in to tell me there were six more minutes left until the results. I was very impressed with this urgent care and would go back if necessary in the future.

My husband and I went there with flu symptoms. The staff were very polite and professional. We only had to wait 30mins which I think is pretty good for this time of year! Definitely recommend this urgent care if non emergent treatment is needed. Stay away from the ER. They are busy with life and death situations.
