We had a great experience at this location. We were able to schedule both my son and my husband in for an appointment on the same day within just two weeks during the busy holiday season. My young son had never been through the eye exam for corrective lenses and was initially anxious about the whole experience. The staff and doctor made him feel at ease right away. They were patient with him and made the experience pleasant one. Also, April was particularly helpful when I called later and needed a copy of the prescription. She was courteous and helpful and emailed it to me immediately.

Apparently, booking an appt at this location isn't enough. You also have to answer a phone call from a random number and confirm appointment. My 83 year old mother doesn't even have voice mail. Will NEVER book with this brand again. You not only lost my mother as a customer, you lost my entire family. Rude front desk - not willing to accommodate at all in an empty office.

I didn’t have a good experience here. They’d rescheduled my childrens appt twice because of “scheduling errors” plus I was called twice to pick up my daughters glasses the first time the glasses were completely different from the ones we chose and the second time the glasses weren’t even there and they had no record of what happened to the the re-order. Very frustrating to deal with the receptionist (black lady) she over talks you, she ask questions and answers them too😳. Once I’m done here I’ll never come back.

My initial visit they didn't explain what the charges were or why they were charging me for a service. When my lense fell out the first time they said oh the screws are tight and didn't double check to make sure the screws were tight. Second time the lense fell out they took 30 minutes just to find the screws to replace them. Not impressed with the doctor or the receptionist. They were both slow and did not explain anything.

Front desk staff is unfriendly and abrasive. Stay far, far away from this location. Not accommodating or understanding. I suspect they don’t see very many patients given they are way in the back from all civilization. I tried to book an appointment and had no luck being seen even when I had the correct date and time.
