I have been charged for services that are DEFINITELY covered by my insurance company. The insurance company confirmed on a recorded line and in a letter that I should have never been charged for the treatments as the insurance company paid Sage Dental for those treatments. After several emails back and forth with the office manager Courtney Godburn, she finally said I would receive a refund. Over 7 business days later, still No refund. Furthermore I have emails where she tried lying about the charges and what the charges were really for. But while in the office she told me that the treatments were not covered which is a lie. She didn’t bother to check with my carrier and my policy. They STOLE MY MONEY AND I WANT IT REFUNDED PROMPTLY.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Solomon and her Assistant! I have never had such ease and comfort at the dentist before...EVER! She is nothing short is amazing!

Great experience with even better people. Everyone is very friendly and makes sure you are comfortable throughout your visit. They do a good job of making sure you are aware of the cost before they proceed with anything outside of your coverage. Highly recommend Sage Dental of Woodstock

Sage dental in Woodstock is the most friendly dentist I’ve ever been to. They are so understanding and sweet. They have done an amazing job on my teeth.

I chose this sage Dental for the expertise of Dr Bau Surgery occurred in July. But at this place there was no after care on the surgery. The paper with an emergency phone number( in Florida) was stuffed inside a plastic sack with 4 gauze pieces . My bleeding would not stop. I called the office and the secretary said they could not help me. The prescription I was given by the doctor was not available right away, and 4 days later I found it to be not under my prescription insurance ($150$). So I did go back in four weeks to be seen by another dentist because Dr Bao had left the clinic. The extraction broke through the sinus cavity and has been slow to heel. I will not be using any associated dentist from Sage again.

Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things. I've been going to the same dentist since I was 5 years old. When my insurance changed, I struggled to find a new dentist I felt comfortable with, and got behind on my cleanings. Dr. Solomon and her hygienist were wonderful and never once made me feel guilty about missing cleanings like other dentists have and were incredibly kind and helpful. I'm so happy I found them, will definitely return and highly recommend!
