Dental Partners's Online Review Report Card

From my first phone call to their Americus office I knew it was going to be a pleasant experience. The front office staff is so very nice to deal with and the clinical staff and doctors made me feel very comfortable. I ended up needing a wisdom tooth extracted due to some issues it was causing. They were able to work with my schedule and get me taken care of immediately. Like most folks I dont have dental insurance and they were most accommodating with me on that as well. The office is impeccably clean and the team is terrific VERY highly recommended

The dentist here is getting old so he does not move around like he normally did and he has trouble seeing patients on time. This came out of his staff mouth the last visit I had. Confirmed an appointment for an extraction and got there waited 3 hours for them to tell me it was an appointment for pain and gave me a prescription. He is slow the staff is rude and they mix up appointments. They talk about patients and other staff members while you’re waiting on the dentist to come to see you. Wouldn’t recommend POC. The atmosphere is not welcoming.

Dentist was rude aggressive and completely inappropriate the lady’s wore mean and rude as well and when I felt like I was going to pass out they did nothing to help me would NEVER GO back

1010 I’ve been going to the Oakland Parkway location for about three years now seeing Dr. Merritt and it has always been a great experience Today I called in experiencing some pain and they were able to get me right in and and Dr. Moree was able to fix my issue Staff are also awesome. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using this dentist office for quite some time. I’ve never had any issues with their hygienists and cleanings so no complaints there. I am one of those people that is afraid of the dentist. And my teeth are in subpar condition because of my own lack of maintaining them and not going to the dentist like I should. I work full time I have small kids and I just all around don’t take care of myself like I should. But when I go to the dentist and spend my hard earned money I do expect at the very least to be treated like a human being and an adult. The real cherry on top was the staff conversation about their covid and vaccine theories that were insulting to say the very least. Vaccinated people are apparently causing the delta variant and “shedding” on other people? Guess they didn’t consider that I’m fully vaccinated and could have been “shedding” on them. Anyway. Super sad I spent $440 here on a crown this morning but thankfully it’ll be the last dollar I spend there. And they shouldn’t mind that either because they certainly acted like they didn’t want me there.

I would like to give a big shout out to Dr. Holtzclaw at Dental Partners for being such a nice young dentist. He went over and beyond in fulfilling his dutiesjob in working on my teeth. It usually puts me to bed after going to the dentist not because it hurts but because I have tensed myself up for the worst. After my visit I was able to go to the grocery store drug store and came home and later that evening went to prayer meeting. If you dont have a dentist just consider going to Dental Partners to see Dr. Holtzclaw and you will be glad you did.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND They are so unprofessional. My sister went to have her tooth pulled and after her telling them that her mouth wasn’t numb enough and showing them that she was uncomfortable by kicking and crying the dentist himself starts yelling at her asking “WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?”. There was also one point where the dentist walked out of the room aggravated. When she proceeded to tell one of the assistants they decided to take his side telling her that he did nothing wrong. They seemed very aggravated at the fact that their patient was uncomfortable. Well it’s not her fault that u didn’t do it right the first time. The only reason I gave one star is because I couldn’t give anything less. So Again I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Highly recommend Dental Partners on Dawson Rd in Albany. Dr. Simons and Katina were awesome
