Can’t be reached when needed as he doesn’t return calls, poor record keeping, rude staff member on front desk. Had to keep calling for results. If your visit is just routine I’m sure he is ok but if you have issues I would go somewhere else.
Impressions after procedure was in Med language instead of layman’s. I had real bad pain 2 days after pill endoscopy never returned my call. I didn’t know what I could take. I called back several days later because of pain . Assistant tole me what to take. Doesn’t keep good records. He insisted I came to him for a different reason than I did. Insisted I was wrong because his record showed something different.I don’t have faith in his knowledge now. Won’t return.
Dr Albert has not spent more than a few minutes with me to evaluate him thoroughly. The few minutes he did spend before I went under anesthesia were just ok. I can tell you for sure though that I will NEVER schedule ANYTHING with him again as his office staff specifically the witch who answers the phone with the name (F*****A) is extremely rude and unprofessional. I feel as if this office has dropped the ball in all aspects of customer service. The only nice concerned person there that I had dealings with was Kelly.
Flippant unconcerned rude staff. No sense of urgency for anything except collecting money. Absolutely will NEVER go back to Dr. Alberts office for anything. Huge disappointment with lots of unanswered questions! Go elsewhere if you want to be treated like you matter! AND the lady who answers the phone (whose name begins with an F) should be fired for her unprofessionalism!
Very rude office staff and very condescending, should not be working in the health care industry. They should not call patients if they do not understand the protocols of the exams the doctor preforms. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
Went well. No problems
Very good care
I like Dr. Albert fine, however, it took several followup phone calls and a month to get my colonoscopy results. I had to drive to the office and pick it up in person on Christmas Eve. The office could not manage to email or even mail it to me. When I picked it up and told the front office staff (an older woman) it had been a month, she gave me an attitude and said Well, at least you got it. Really? Talk about unprofessional. My suggestion is that you go elsewhere and save yourself the frustration.
Over the years, I've had multiple colonoscopys and endoscopys preformed by Dr. Albert. All of these operations were quite successful and relatively painless.
My experience with Dr. Albert was wonderful...I had seen him in his office before and things went OK. His PA is excellent but his front office receptionist is rude, hateful and has a I could care less attitude. When I was hospitalized Dr. Albert was very attentive and followed my problems in a very helpful manner. When I called the witch for a follow up appointment she was her usual hateful self. I hate to leave Dr. Albert but I refuse to be talked to and treated in the abusive manner that occurred.
Dr. Clive Albert is a special man. He is patient and kind, and never appears rushed as he explains in detail any tests or procedures needed, and the reasons behind the testing, along with options. He is a well regarded physician in the community and Atlanta area.
Overall I like the doctor however his office is very hard to deal with. I go to my normal appointments but I have not been feeling well lately. I called him and was told I could not been seen for 4 days despite not feeling well for a week. The referred me a minute clinic. Basically, when I needed them most they failed me. I will be looking for a new doctor.
A great diagnostician!
A wonderful, professional and caring provider.
I had an appointment for a routine colonoscopy. I had a question regarding the diet the day before so called AFTER HOURS and left a message for the doctor to call me back. Dr. Albert himself returned my call within a few moments and answered my question. At my appointment at Northside Forsyth everyone was very courteous and I would highly recommend Dr. Albert to all my family and friends. He is very professional, friendly and thorough!
Dr. Albert was apparently too busy to introduce himself the day of my appointment, so I cant really comment on his demeanor. I can say that I spent several weeks and multiple phone calls trying to get test results and a diagnosis from his office, to no avail. I dont know if I was singled out for neglect or thats just the way his practice operates all the time, but either way, based on my dismal experience I strongly recommend that you seek treatment elsewhere.
I was referred to dr. Clive by my primary doctor. I found the office visit disconcerting. I filled out copious paperwork. Once in the exam room a girl came in and asked me the same questions I had just spent time answering in the waiting room. Next a PA came in and, yes, started asking the same questions again. I protested. Dr. Clive came in asked if I had any questions about the procedures and left. After my procedures, he did not come and explain what he found. Several days later, in pain I called his office twice no call back from anyone for a week at which time I was read my lab report by a person who had previously taken my phone messages. Do I think dr. Clive is competent, yes, technically. Do I think he understands patient (customer) service, no. Will I return to him for follow up, absolutely not. A consultant would greatly help this practice.
I went in for a diagnostic colonoscopy at Northside Forsyth. Dr. Albert was extremely professional, and explained the entire process. He had an excellent bedside manner, and instantly put me at ease. Once the procedure was done he came in and explained his diagnosis. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent gastro doctor. In fact, my husband is going to start seeing Dr. Albert for his gastro issues.
Dr Albert treated me at John Creek hospital for very severe case of food poisoning. Although Id had food poisoning several times in the past, nothing was as bad this. My instestines literally shut down and stopped working. What struck me most about Dr. Albert was his ability to calmly and expertly explain what had happened and what our options were. During his investigation he asked probing questions about my medical history, called my allergist and MD to consult with them and then prescibed the right course of action. I was in the hospital for 7 days. Hes obviously a very busy and committed Dr because he would drop by 8 or 9 at night. Thanks.
I was fearful of having a colonoscopy, but my doctor insisted. Thank goodness she recommended Dr. Albert. The whole procedure was actually as pleasant as that kind of experience can be. My sister had an awful experience with another doctor so I recommended Dr. Albert to her. If I would recommend him to my sister, I would recommend him to anyone! Really great!
