I’m a first time mom and my son is running his first fever. I called Physicians Exchange and the only doctor on call was Dr Rovner, who is not my sons pediatrician. However I thought she would help me have peace of mind and answer questions I had. Instead she was rude, and talked over my questions. No compassion in her voice and I would NOT want that as my child’s doctor.

Dr. Rovner has been my sons’ pediatrician for years and I couldn’t ask for anything more from a doctor. She has always approached situations with my boys with extreme care, expertise, and empathy. We have never felt rushed when going to appointments and she always answers every question we have and there have been many! My boys adore her and we appreciate her ability to connect with them. She has great instincts when it comes to their health! Thank you, Dr. Rovner:)
