I made an appointment in October, changed the appointment from 830 to 1130 on the same day spoke to same woman, and when I get to the clinic there going to tell me my appointment was for 8 and who did I speak to, and would I like to reschedule, no I had to wait a month just to get this appointment like are you crazy , nope I'll go elsewhere.

Such excellent service! I needed a sooner appointment and by the next day they were able to work me into the schedule. Friendly kind staff from the front office to medical professionals!

Strongly advise you to stay away from this place. A friend of mine went in for a procedure which turned out to be a botched surgery. It led to sickness and infection. DO NOT GO HERE.

Dr. Goulet and Dr. McCartin are the best providers I have ever seen in my life! They are beyond wonderful and have been so helpful especially Dr. Goulet. She was the first OB/GYN who really listened to me and gave me medication that changed my life! Please go and see her or Dr. McCartin

this place is very unorganized. I have had two appointments cancelled on me with one of which I showed up and the office was closed for lunch. After going back they said they forgot to call me to cancel. Then I get a call 1.5 hours before that next scheduled appointment saying they are short staffed. the girls at the front seem professional for the most part but after numerous calls to find out about my appointments there has always been extreme confusion and this place is so frustrating. Good thing I have transferred my care. This is my 4th child and I experience in these things and this was the worst process I have gone through.

Great place! Technicians are friendly and make you feel so comfortable. They have hot coffee and tea for patients and even give you a rose at the end of your visit!

It was a breeze getting a mammo and bone density appointment scheduled. I had ANU help me and she was so patient and efficient. A true professional! She was able to find an appointment following another morning appointment so I wouldn't have to take another day off of work. ANU, you're awesome! Also, the greeter there has so much Aloha and made an otherwise appointment less stressful. The waiting area is lovely and there's also hot coffee or tea served. I love it!

Came here for an ultrasound appointment. I was Greeted upon entering by the most cheerful and energetic person, who assisted me to the registration and waiting area. She also offered refreshments, made sure I knew where the restroom was, and even assisted me outside when I was leaving. The ultrasound techs and Dr were friendly and professional
