First last start with Eva,who by far is the rudest,most condescending receptionist I've met on this island.Treats people like little kids in school,not as patients,and essentially customers. Next ,move on to Dr.Fong herself,who told my wife(who waited 3 months for this appointment,and whose PCP sent a referral with the issue she needed taken care of)that our insurance doesn't cover the procedure,but she can pay $300 to have her skin tags removed. We called 2 different drs..later today and both said the insurance would definitely cover it. She prescribed to creams also for an unrelated rosacia issue,with a note that we should contact Good sense to get discount,as not covered by insurance.You guessed it,we to to Longs and they are both fully covered. Unfortunately,Straub doctors and employees speak without knowledge and do not look to treat the patient.

Fantastic visit-my first visit to a dermatologist for myself. Have dealt with 3 other dermatologists for family members and Dr. Fong and staff was the best dermatologist visit so far. Dr.Fong was very professional and knowledgeable answering my questions in a manner I clearly understood. She very clearly explained the situation, course of action and what to expect.

Never met her yet but anyway seems she is a good doctor according what I have read about her medical preferences . I'm interested to have an appointment with her on my skin case but I don't have the insurance preference. I only have united federal healthcare-Tricare prime. Are you accepting my insurance coverage? I've to Dr. Fong twice to have suspicious moles removed and am getting ready to see her a third time. Both times I thought see did a great job removing the moles, very little pain and no scarring. She is friendly and competent.

Dr Fong is great! I've never had to wait and she geta right down to business. She is thorough and explains everything well. She makes sure she answers any questions or concerns you have as well. Very friendly and professional. The only complaint I have is it is so hard to get an appointment with her. She only works certain days and is always booked out at least a month. Definitely worth the wait though! Love her care.
