Julie-Ann Lee-Horita's Online Review Report Card

We love Dr Lee and also Fay! Dr Lee is amazing! Smart, funny and very good with my kids! I love that I can thoroughly express any concerns even if it's nothing but to me anything that has to do with my kids is major lol. Dr Lee does not brush off any of my concerns and she reassures and educates as well. I can bring them in or get advice over the phone. Fay is very personable, my kids call her aunty. She's the best! I love her customer service and small talks.

I didn't appreciate the acts of this office. The receptionist was always rude and never had a friendly personality. They also made me find a new doctor because I refused to take a few vaccinations. By all means, that's their right, but WOW. I couldn't believe that they could discontinue care of my two children because I made a personal choice. I don't recommend this office.

Dr Lee is very friendly and seems knowledgeable and experienced. We will be switching our keiki to her practice as we are unhappy with the service the Children's Medical Associates in Aiea has been giving us. One of the doctors (female) there is very unprofessional. Very excited to be switching to Dr Lee.

very unprofessional. called to establish care with this doctor and right off the back the receptionist was brushing me off the phone because 1 my kids have quest and then on top of that because she knows their current pediatrician. (excuse me if he is your colleague) but to say that she doesn't want to take on my kids for that reason. first off we are looking for a new pediatrician in our new home area, nothing against our current/previous pcp but for our convenience i would rather establish care in our area then having to drive 25min to kailua from pearl city to see a doctor. if there was a negative 5 star review i would give this office that rating... rude, discriminating and unprofessional

Love this Pediatrician and the staff! She's very thorough at explaining everything. Even her back up is great. She's both my kids' doctor and will be for my third arriving next month. Appointments are easy to make and she takes you in last minute if needed too.

Dr. Lee-Horita is a wonderful doctor. She is thorough and always takes the time to explain everything and listens to all your concerns. She and her staff are "matter of fact" which is exactly what you want when dealing with your child's health. She's always on point and leans on the side of caution. When she's away she employs a highly capable locum tenen to cover for her. Your family is in great hands at Dr. Lee-Horita's office.

Priscilla and Faith are part of Dr. Lee-Horita's awesome team. They both treat you like family and Dr. Lee-Horita truly cares for her patients. We highly recommend this awesome team.

My daughter loves coming to the doctor because of Dr. Julie. She has been so awesome from the get go; from the hospital to now she has never disappointed. Dr. Julie is very efficient in her work and is so quick. I am usually in and out within 30 mins and that includes the wait time!I have never had a problem making an appointment, even when it is last minute. Also, there is a new parking structure that accommodates more patients in the building. Only downfall is you have to pay $3 at every visit.Thank you, Dr. Julie, Priscilla and Faye!

I have been going to this office since I was a child and so have my children now. I love the doctors and the staff except for the front desk receptionist. I apologize for this rant but the front desk receptionist is rude, always rushes you off the phone if you have any questions or concerns, she plays favoritism so if you get on her bad side she will not be helpful to you at all. She is the first person you speak to on the phone and the first person you see when you walk in she really brings the office down with her horrible attitude.
