Kevin Dieffenbach's Online Review Report Card

I had been considering a procedure for some time and my consult with Dr. Dieffenbach really gave me the confidence to finally proceed after 30 years of procrastination! As a fellow healthcare provider who is also in the esthetics industry, I really respect doctors who don't try to "upsell" me. I also appreciate his confidence allowing certain patients and procedures to do "awake" anesthesia (Pronox). Having been trained in the basics of both GA and Conscious (Twilight) Sedation, I personally elect to avoid these procedures unless absolutely required by the physician. As far as I know, he's the only trained doctor on this island who will let you just do LA and Pronox, if a good candidate, and that gave me confidence with both doctor and his team. It also greatly lowers the recovery time and the cost of procedures (added bonus!) to a much lower point that I had even thought possible. How could I say "no?"! I also respect that overhead and real-estate in Hawaii can really be expensive for any healthcare provider and I am much more willing to go to a provider a 20 minute drive away who has a simple office in a more tucked-away location, than someone in the Ala Moana Building with $8000 in rent and CAM because I as the patient would be paying for that extra "bling". Fancy offices don't impress me, it's outcomes, training and chair-side manner that do. Best of luck with everyone's research! Aloha

I am 57 years old and I can attest to the fact that your never too old to be the best version of your self. After 3 children and menopause my belly was a problem. Every time I look at my belly I was very unhappy. Not to mention my clothes never fit right so I would wear loose fitting tops to hide my unsightly belly. Dr. D is a meritorious worker, he did my full tummy tuck and liposuction. My surgery went without a hitch and my recovery no problems out side of the usual down time. By the third week I was back to work. The best part is the result of my TT. I have almost no stretch marks and now my clothes fits me perfect. I can feel confident with out hiding the huge gut I carry around. I can't stop looking at my new tight tummy. Thank you Dr.D for changing my life. No regrets.

Coming up on 6 months since breast augmentation and my husband and I are very satisfied with the way they look and feel scaring is very subtle and continuing to fade which was one of our biggest concerns I chose silicone as Dr D recommended and im glad I listened Also had a Rhinoplasty 4 months ago and so everyone knows... it is very important to understand this is a process in healing every few days I would notice a change in the shape and at the 3.5 month mark I really saw what I wanted from the surgery my nose is so cute now !!! And still healing AND I am happy ! Because of Dr Dieffenbach and his amazing ladies that assist him and Charlie of course my confidence has gone up tremendously My insides finally match my outs! Thank you Doc and crew Id recommend him to anyone!

Bestttt experience of my life! Best doctor I could have found! Dr.D helped every step of the way! He was soooo professional, welcoming and I always felt more than comfortable in his office! His staff was so accommodating and all my questions got answered immediatley! I had a great referral and I am so glad I found the doctor for me b/c I didn't really know what I wanted and he helped me figure it out and in the end I am SO grateful for his expertise in this field! I wouldn't recommend any other doctor!!! Started out as a 32 A, small B and now I am a 32D and I LOVE it!!! Recovery has been smooth and easy so far, I am listening to Dr's directions and any time I call he gives me answers right away and my expectations have been MORE THAN exceeded w/ this whole experience!thank you dr.

Its been 3 days since Dr D and his amazing staff did my boobies and I can not believe how beautiful they are I am overwhelmed with gratitude seriously when I went to my next day appointment and removed the sports bra for examination I started crying because they are perfect no joke the pain is there obviously but its not near what I thought it would be I am sure in the next 6 weeks it will minimize my fiance and I are so happy I was able to take a pic of my new beauty's and sent it to my girls back in OC CA they can't believe how great they already look I feel blessed to have found Dr D and his staff also the Anostislogist Charlie was awesome he and the girls Alia and Nadia made it so I felt very comfortable I could go on and on about how amazing honest thorough and caring Dr D and his staff are because they deserve it seriously nothing better then getting what I wanted but way more smiles from here on out my beauty was enhanced by the most amazing body artist! I am so excited to have fun with my new sexy body!

My fiance and I have met with Dr D and staff 2xs now i feel very confident about him and his work he has been very honest and thorough along with professional I am looking forward to enhancing my beauty with his work I know he appreciates and does his best of course my upcoming surgeries I am nervous about but because of his completed conversations and honesty I am more excited then ever which is a blessing because I have moved from so. Cal to here recently and have had to establish a new so to say Dr. Environment Dr D's comfort is a big thumbs up from both my fiance and I!!

Speechless.... Everyone there is amazing... went in for a consultation for a breast augmentation and told Dr. D what I wanted and after listening to me he gave his honest feedback . Got my procedure done the very next week... Dr. D always answered my questions never left me wondering he also answered every phone call after business hours... I'm 8 days post op and already feeling fantastic.... Dr. D is very professional and honest.... Thank you Dr. D and staff...

I sincerely recommend going somewhere else in the island or waiting to be on mainland. He completed a breast reduction for me and like other review stated, I too waited a long time before submitting this. My breast, scars and areolas are different sizes, big, huge difference in size. Been to a few consultations now on mainland and they all agree it was a procedure done terribly, yet the whole time they made me feel like I was paranoid and things would heal evenly.

In 2001, I received breast augmentation from Dr. Dieffenbach. 2 children later, they look just as natural as when I first had them done if not better. Great experience and very natural results.

Dr. Dieffenbach is one honest doctor. He'll tell you if you need or don't need work. Most doctor I know would do it even if you don't need. I do it for self-confidence 'cause when I look good, I feel good. It actually improved my physical health too. I'm an outdoor person. My face been in the sun & wind & I haven't seen him in awhile for micro dermabrasion but I have to start seeing him for maintenance & I can't wait to have breast reduction! I really love his skincare line too. It doesn't clogged my pores & it's not oily. Makes a big difference on my rough & tough skin! His acne spot treatment I love too. I love his work & so does all my friends who went to see him.
