Poor because of her attitude and energy as she works. She disrespected me and she is not sensitive. She’s fake nice. I just don’t respect her as a person. Let alone dr. She isn’t informative. Does the bare min.

She was my OBGYN during my high risk pregnancy. She didn’t treat my pregnancy as if it was high risk, she asked basic questions, it was quick in and out appointments. I felt like WIC was more concerned about my well-being. While I was delivering she told me “you have to give birth before 1pm because I have to be in Kalihi.” WHO SAYS THAT?! Who? Oh and ALSO a trainee stitched me up. It was horrible and painful. Worse than delivery.

Dr Saito Tom took care of me during all the 9 months so well. I had so many complications during delivery and she was there all the time and did great. I have more than 100% to rank her. She is a great doctor, always answered my questions with details and not on a rush, always caring and nice.
