Check in personnel was fair. Staff who took vitals poor. I am a new patient, and I was not able to feel at all at comfort with the professionalism of the staff. No "getting to know you". All cut and dry. Waited for Dr. Iida-Takashima for 1 hour total. When in exam room, waited for roughly 5-10 minutes. Dr. Iida-Takashima enters room without even a handshake or a "warm" greeting -- pushing in a computer stand in front of her. Goes through New Patient form "check, check, check, check" checklist demeanor to the flow of the visit. I'll give her a fairly "thorough" credit, but "comfortable and trust-earning" -- no. I can give her credit for clinical medical skills, but no credit for personality. Felt talked down to. Not what I would want from an Internist coordinating my overall medical care. Will definitely not want to go back again.

So far my appointments with Dr. Iida have been very good. My previous Doctor appointments were always late but she has been on time. She has a very nice and caring attitude and I feel comfortable talking to her. My referals to other specialist by her have been very good. I like her as my Doctor.
