The wait time is 1-2 hours, even if I am on time with my grandma's appointment. First time I came here was about a few months ago and the lady who is checking up on her was rude. And again the cardiologist is high knowledge talking which means that I can't understand a thing he said. I will never come back

On my last visit, a Electro Cardiogram was scheduled in his office. I had the electrodes stuck to me and connected to the EKG machine, which had a lapse timer. I sat there for an hour and 6 minutes exactly when I decided to fire Dr Chan. I peeled off all the electrode and left. This was not the first time I had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for him. He's competent, but incredibly inconsiderate towards his patients. I think 2 stars is a generous rating.

Waited over a hour..and clerk in front told me cause he had cardiograms today..then why schedule me on the day he does that?..treatment is good but the wait is ridiculous

Dr.Chan is an excellent heart Doctor at Pali-Momi. He explained everything to you, And what's your option. You would need your doctor referral to see him. They don't take walk in patient. Aloha, Derek

I have been seeing Dr. Chan since he put a stint in my heart over 20 years ago. It has worked flawlessly since then. I see him regularly and have always been more than pleased with his care. He is thorough, thoughtful and always explains everything fully. Yes, he is always busy and sometimes there is a bit of a wait but that's okay, it just speaks to how popular he is. Recently I was in Pali Momi for the flu and my sister had a heart question for Dr. Chan. She called his service and he called her back immediately, even though he was in New York on vacation. If you are looking for an excellent cardiologist I think he is one of the best. And I know doctors, my father was an orthopedic surgeon at Straub for over 30 years.
