List of Pali Momi Medical Center's Reviews
worst hospital in Hawaii the people just suck. They don't care about you. They care about a paycheck. You can hear them behind the corner talking trash about you and not just making this up. I've been there over a dozen times. All they do is talk trash about their patients. The nurses you need help you'll never get it if you're trying to keep yourself alive go Queens.
Worst hospital in Hawaii. They are so stuck up and pretend that serving you is a service they offer like you’re in a nightclub and happen to get a fancy table. That’s how they act. Secretary to nurses to doctor they suck and I’m not leaving this review lightly. I’ve been there the last five days trying to get treatment. All they do is make me feel embarrassed and I’m not worth it. Unfortunately, I don’t have the option to go to Queens due to. I stay in a care home at 40. I have a lot of medical conditions and I would love to be seen at Queens. They have been nothing but the best in the most professional service she will ever find the island It’s unfortunately there’s places like poly Momie that can’t seem to adapt the same type of service and professional care that Queens has to offer.
The ER is amazing!! Very kind & caring staff both doctors and nurses . Even the imaging guy was awesome!!
I recently had kidney surgery at Pali Momi and it was a great experience. Prior to surgery staff called and did a thorough pre-op questionnaire. My whole team from surgery to recovery was very kind to me and treated me with care and respect. As shifts changed they updated me on the new nurse and staff that would take over. Dr Franklin Lee my Urologist was also very kind and made sure I was informed from pre-op to post-.op. I really appreciate all the kindness and care shown to me at Pali Momi.
Visited Pali Momi medical center @ nine something in the morning…Very good nurses, medical assistant and doctor.Had an allergic reaction so decided to go there and get treated…
I had a minor procedure here with Dr. Ona, I had such a great experience. The OR staff were so sweet. Nurse Jackie was so friendly and reassuring. Everyone who worked with me was kind and gentle. Had a great experience.
Went to er almost 11am & left almost 7pm as the results wasn't even done & I was starving. Waited for the ultrasound for almost 3 hours. No water no food. I have to leave as I was exhausted and starving and no updates. Physician Asst told me they can't expedite things so I just left !
A really nice place and helpful workers
If you want to be forgotten about in a room this is the place to go or play musical rooms because of poor Emergency Department management. You’re better off going somewhere else.
Oh my gosh this Hospital everybody was so nice very friendly and so helpful thank you to all the staff there

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
