My wife and I highly recommend Dr. Hirokawa if you are looking for a pediatrician. He has been a fantastic resource as we raise our first child. No question is left unanswered and he always responds to us in a timely manner. We feel as though Dr. Hirokawa looks after our son as if he was his own.

We just switched Pediatricians to Dr. Hirokawa and we LOVE him! He was very kind hearted, patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me so I would fully understand what was going on. I asked a lot of questions and he was able to provide the best medical advice. As a worried first time mom- he was very comforting to talk too. He treated my son like he was his very own- I couldn't ask for a better Pediatrician. His office staff was very professional and responsive. I am so blessed to have found Dr. Hirokawa! New parents or parents looking for a pediatrician I highly recommend Dr. Hirokawa and the staff and Pearl City Medical Associates!

Dr. Hirokawa is an awesome pediatrician. From our initial consultation and every appointment since, we've always felt welcomed and comfortable asking him questions. Our questions and concerns are always answered and followed up in a timely manner and we never feel dumb asking them. We really like the availability of the clinic hours, especially Saturday mornings.As first time parents, we're grateful to have Dr. Hirokawa as our son's pediatrician. You can tell he really cares for his patients and our son absolutely loves him. Highly recommend!
