Stephen Sung's Online Review Report Card

Love love Dr. Sung and his staff. I've been with them since I moved back to Oahu and will stick with them forever.

After my Gynecologist, Dr. Bernard Giorgio retired, I have been trying to search for a replacement since. It's been rough but....tadah!! I think I found one The staff from the onset was professional, clear and friendly. It's a nice office, kind of small but I don't need much. The physicians assistant (2 of them) also took the time to talk to my 18 year old and just helped her to be informed. She is going off to college and they offered to fill a birth control prescription if she needed one. I had a biopsy done and it was painful but Dr. Sung was super patient and kind about it. He ordered additional testing and his staff took care of all the scheduling of those prior to my departure. My blood test came in right away as well as my biopsy results- they called personally to let me know what the results were. I highly recommend Dr. Sung and his team.

In and out within 15-20 minutes, awesome! Hubs decided to drop me off and wait and was surprised when I called that I was done.Staff and Dr. Sung are very nice, calm and make you feel welcome and at ease. Check in at the front desk, vitals taken is very efficient and fast. I like the paper gown they provide as the opening is in the back and it ingeniously has slits for breast exam without feeling exposed.Dr. Sung is quiet mannered and extremely gentle although he maintains a caring conversation of what you've been doing recently so your exam is over before you realize it.No negative harsh remarks about weight just recommending that a plant based diet works but you need to stick to it. He confirms my next mammogram appointment coming up next month.See you next year.

I was previously a patient of Dr. Ayabe, who has since retired and Dr. Sung took over the practice. I was nervous at first. New person needing to check out my female plumbing and all. But Dr. Sung is kind, patient, and makes you feel comfortable. The staff there has always been friendly and helpful. I've been going there for well over 10 years and will never look anywhere else.

Everyone here is wonderful.The receptionist is sweet and patient. The nurse is even sweeter.Doctor Sung is very informative and thorough.I recently switched to Dr. Sung after 2 years of getting no answers from my former obgyn about us having trouble conceiving. Dr. Sung recommended an HSG and I was able to find out that my tubes are blocked. Definitely not the news I wanted to hear but at least I finally received an answer. If my former obgyn had been as thorough it could've saved me many months of heartbreak from trying so hard to conceive.We will be trying in vitro.I look forward to my future visits with Dr.Sung.

Yay!!! Found a doctor I actually like. And the staff. All super sweet and nice. You don't have to be chatty to be nice. It's your demeanor, your aura, your vibe. This clinic just gives me major good vibes. From the receptionist, to the nurses, and of course to Dr. Sung. Very thorough. Very patient cause i might have asked a million questions in one minute. Hahaha very transparent. He replaced dr ayabe who retired 2 years ago. Love love love this clinic. Highly recommend!

Third trimester. Dr. Stephen sung is great! He'll answer any of your questions so don't be afraid to ask. His staff are awesome they have been around for a very long time and are very friendly. They usually can get me in and out in a timely manner. Two thumbs way up.

The office is located in Pali Momi Medical Center. The building has an underground parking lot but I usually park at Pearlridge and walk over to save a couple bucks on parking - the office does not validate parking.Dr. Sung is an excellent OBGYN. He is very knowledgeable, and gets back to me promptly. His office is well-organized, comfortable and has a very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Came in for my appointment but for some reason the receptionist in a whispered voice said they had me down for next week. I shared with her I already had another appointment next week for an eye exam. Nevertheless she said it should be fine and had me fill in new forms and made a copy of my drivers license and medical card. ***i like that she did it in a quiet professional manner and handled it well.There were 3 other patients in the waiting room which is shared with another person. Hawaiian music is playing pretty audibly. AC is nice.Dr. Sung took over Dr. Ayabe's practice. The office is on the 5th floor of Pali Momi. Parking is available on two levels and it's like a maze to me... maybe one day I will figure it out...If you are looking for a new ob/gyn this is a great of place to come. Everyone is so calm, gentle and kind. I saw a person with a newborn enter, 2 perhaps in their 20s or 30s and two possibly seniors. Not matter your age he is good.
