Queens West Infusion Center Formerly located at Sullivan Center behind Queens West in a very nice facility, maybe 20,000 sq feet. The Infusion Center moved to POB on the 3rd floor in a very small space ~ 1500 sq ft. The chairs are old and uncomfortable, the space is too small to actually recline in the old recliner. No warming blankets available. The center is not up to ADA standards, the space is extremely cramped with nurses and patients needing to move equipment around constantly. It is very stressful experience it's also difficult to watch the nurses having to work so hard to move equipment around just to do their job. Patient are directed to use the public restrooms located outside the center (room) and will need to have the IV capped off to walk back to the public restroom by the elevator (some 500 feet away.) There is one very small restroom inside the facility that is reserved for the staff, with request of accommodation they MIGHT let you use it. Some of the nurses in the infusion center are totally great and work so hard to deliver a good experience. If you are able to go elsewhere I suggest you do.
