The Practice is moderately ok. Amano seems to be a good physician, but the difficulty in communicating with the practice needs to get better. Now that Queens is partnered with practice, I am hoping that the communications to physicians will improve. In the past, when I was able to get through to staff at this practice and asked for the physician to call me this Usually happened. I am hopefully that things will get much better.

Dr. Amano is my mother’s doctor and he has been very helpful with outside referrals to help care for Mom. He takes his time to be very thorough and explain. He is wonderful and I highly recommend him.

Excellent Doctor up to date on current medical opinions and practices. Takes his time with me and thoroughly explains everything to me. I live in waipahu but drive to see him because he has established confidence and trust with me!

Dr. Amano has been my physician for a few years. As an R.N., I find him to be an excellent diagnostician. The stars given a physician shouldn't factor in the setting, only the M.D. He listens and repeats back what I tell him to ensure we are both talking about the same thing. He's not in a hurry and stops to get something that may help with diagnosis, at my point in time, often it's the ultrasound.
