I like that her appointments are always smooth. Her staffs are really kind and accommodating. The only thing is that she's not very personable but, she's very professional.

She is very popular among people who want a Japanese speaking Dr, not people who want a good Dr. Many patients see the Dr once and never go back again. The Dr and the office staff are not very kind to patients at all.
