As a new patient Dr. Richardson's staff made me feel comfortable from the time I got to the door, helped me fill out forms etc. As they knew I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Richardson was excellent very thorough finding out my problem & then given me a solution. Thank you!

It's impossible to get in touch with staff or medical records after seeing Dr Richardson. I have been limping for three months, visited the ER twice, went to the urgent care three times and have been requesting a fax of my documents for over 6 weeks so I can set up physical therapy and the office has done NOTHING to get me my documents. I've called daily and sent emails weekly, my patience is exhausted. DON'T COME TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE
