Angela Pratt's Online Review Report Card

Where do we start? ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I don’t even have enough words or space to write how much we love Dr Pratt. We found out my fiancé was pregnant around July. We did some looking online and found Dr Pratt. We knew instantly she was the one for us. We called and the front girl Jenn was so nice and is absolutely amazing also and stated that she isn’t taking new patients but would check for new spots. Couple hours later she called us back and stated she found a spot. From the minute we saw Angela we fell in love. She is so patient sweet and humble. She always is happy and so loving and was concerned about our needs and wants and LISTENED to everything we asked. Not only does she listen but she’s not pushy and doesn’t force things on you. She suggests medical suggestions and opinions but at the end of the day goes with whatever we felt was comfortable for my fiancé without putting either baby or her at risk. She was never annoyed about our many questions. We did several follow up visits and Dr Pratt and staff was on point the whole entire time. Finally the day came to have the baby and Dr Pratt was there for us for all our concerns up to the night of delivery. My fiancé was admitted to the hospital at 8pm. At 3am doctor Pratt walked into our room. Wow! Just to check on us? Who does that. She gave some instructions to the nurse made some examination to my girl and then said she would be back around 930am. Like clock work. 915 came around and the door swung open and Dr Pratt was ready like a true professional. She allowed us to FaceTime and film the whole thing so all of our friends and family could see and even offered for me to join in the delivery of our son. Just amazing. ZERO complications or issues and at 9:37am April 8th Enzo was born. After the birth she spent time with us, took pics ans made sure the baby was safe. Follow up next day like promised. As I’m sitting writing this I’m in her office for my girls follow up. Baby Enzo is healthy an so is my girl. Everything perfect. Staff wonderful. She came to the waiting room to see baby and wish us well again. Amazing amazing. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU DR PRATT. YOU ARE LIKE FAMILY TO US FOREVER ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Love Amber and Vinnie.

Delivered my 3 and has been my OBGYN since 2009. I will not go to anyone BUT HER!! She is truly remarkable! I owe alot to her and her awesome staff. They have been a pleasure and I am so happy to call her my doc!!!

Dr. Angela Pratt is an excellent doctor! I can't praise her enough for prioritizing her patient's needs, as well as being an active listener and the professional OBGYN. She does her best to listen and develop a good relationship with her patients. She's more like a "Hanai" family member in addition to being a doctor. Her staff are also very attentive and responds to messages ASAP. She has been my OBGYN for over 20 years. She delivered my precious kids and I'm so glad that now my daughter is also under her care!

Dr. Pratt is perhaps one of the most warm, wonderful doctors you could ever imagine. In addition to the amount of time and care she gives with each appointment, she listens with so much empathy and we are grateful that our first child will be born under her care. In addition, WOW, Jen & the entire office staff is beyond extraordinary. Seriously, I don't think I've ever experienced such an efficient and "there for you" team to help with any insurance nonsense, scheduling or need you might have.

I was really looking forward to having Dr. Pratt as my Ob for my first birth based on yelp reviews and one professional referral, but unfortunately it didn't turn out as expected. She was great on the first visit, but during our second visit, there was some miscommunication in information from the specialty OB and she wasn't very patient while we were trying to work out the understanding. Among the other instances of patronizing us when explaining, she chided my husband for not attending the appointment, which he would have gladly done if we had known it was an important one. She was also very short in relaying to us she had to attend to another patient (I had no issues with her attending to another patient, only in the manner in which she did it). I had to wonder if she was haven't an off day. I would given the practice another try because, perhaps, she was having a bad day, but towards the end of the appointment, frustrated from trying to clear up the miscommunication, Dr. Pratt took off her mask to speak clearer?? Not sure why. She had been fully vaccinated but I was still waiting for my second shot. It was unprofessional, and a risk to a pregnant women. If there was science behind why it was ok to do that, I wish she would have explained it to before she took it off. Additionally, when I was inquiring about a bill, their accountant Bonnie (I've seen other terrible reviews about her since), was very uncooperative. Under my HMSA insurance, I shouldn't be charged for prenatal appointments so upon learning I had a bill, I inquired for understanding. I learned from HMSA the claim for my visit with Dr. Pratt was for Amenorrhea. Amenorrhea is when menstruation is absent during the reproductive years, between puberty and menopause. I asked them to help me understand why I would be bill for amenorrhea when, of course, I wasn't getting my period because I was pregnant. After going in circles without a clear explanation from Bonnie, she then blurted out "Oh, its only $40ish, you can't pay that?!?!" The question for me wasn't a matter of price (although it would have been insulting and a shame if I happen to be someone who couldn't pay that), but of proper, professional, and ethical practices, which it was apparent that Bonnie didn't seem to respect. I did later get a better explanation from Jen the receptionist which I found reasonable and helped resolve the question. (Jen's great btw. Super nice, friendly, patient and a pleasure to work with.) Shame it had to turn out the way it did with Bonnie for what was obviously a lack of information/misunderstanding.

Dr Angela Pratt is a good doctor, seemed distracted and in a hurry however. I was very very very upset by her staff. The receptionist was rude and this was my second visit ever to a on/gyn doctor. I was recommended by a friend so I was expecting to feel comfortable especially because I was so nervous once again. The nurses acted like my issue was not important and blew me off. At one point she rolled her eyes at me. I left the office crying and I'm not going back. I would not recommend Dr Pratt to my friend!

Not worth the money

Simply the BEST doctor!! Love this woman & her beautiful heart!! She truly cares about her patients & their families.

Dr. Pratt delivered my son four years ago. She is an amazing doctor. I completely trust her and felt I was in the best hands. I am continuously impressed with her level of experience. She truly cares and has a great bedside manner. I did experience long wait times a few times in her office but she was always worth the wait! I highly recommend her.

I've been seeing Dr. Pratt for maybe a decade or so. She really is the best and her staff are very nice and helpful all the time. You will get the best care!
